I'm a big fan of Pick Up Stix but I haven't been to this particular location in 100 years!!!Anyway, the soup was very hot and tasty and the Mongolian steak was delicious !The customer service I received from Greysi was fantastic!Greysi was very professional and friendly.In fact, the entire staff was top- notch!Too bad I don't live in Long Beach. Otherwise I'd be here more frequently.

They asked me to leave a review (in exchange for free fountain drinks), so here I am. Been coming to this location for years and it's been reliable, but today sucked. To be fair, my dining partner's meal (honey chicken and brown rice) was ok, but my Chinese salad w/ salmon was just awful: lettuce going brown/bad, stale noodles, way too many sesame seeds to cover it all, and salmon that looked more like chicken. Not sure if this was a fluke or not, but I'll think twice before returning. This sucked.

Been coming to this location for years and I always get their house chicken and it's good for being fast food. Chicken I got was drier then usual and I don't like that they are stingy on how much of the crunchy noodles they have in each bag. Which even after COVID was smaller. Now today feels like they are reducing how much they give.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but honestly their low rating shocked me. I have never been here before but was in the same shopping center and it smelt good. So decided to grab some take out. It's a fast food place, I don't know what people expect. They have nice patio seating outside, I liked all the food I ordered besides the egg rolls and the place is pretty clean. I don't have any complaints. I even have some leftovers for tomorrow now. I'd definitely come back for some take out or even eating inside. The place was clean and they have nice booths to sit in (I'm a booth gal, not a chair one)
