The crispy chicken plate was delicious. The customer service was amazing. The woman at the front greeted us and was very helpful explaining the menu and what are the most popular items. She also brought us our food and was very courteous and kind will definitely visit again.

Horrible horrible and RUDE. I should have learned my lesson when I presented two weeks ago and they didn't have my order and no explaination to why it was cancelled. Today I chose to try again as I had a free entree. I ordered and ordered for curbside because it takes me a while to get out of the car due to a injury. I called for curbside and the rude gentleman said they don't do curbside and I would have to walk in. I told him that I could not get out of the car and he said well you're gonna have to wait a while. It took approximately five minutes to get my curbside order and he was very rude when he brought it to me. I have attached a picture that says on the email that they will gladly bring it out as well as when I ordered the pop-up said they will gladly bring it out to me. This is bad for your business. The last time I had an issue with the store, the corporate office was informed but no call back when I tried to get in contact with them. This establishment has gone downhill from when they first open years ago and they should be ashamed of themselves. I also don't like coming in to the store because it is always dirty and there's always random people in there. But this is the only one close to my work to get lunch.

Service is good.... I ordered orange chicken and fried rice... the fried rice was good and freshly made. Better than panda but panda makes a better orange chicken... it's just too vinegary at pick up Stix! Well still keep coming to order our favs tho!

Had doubts but was pleasantly surprised by the options on the menu. It's here for your fast Chinese-American food fix. The menu is accessible with good design, descriptions, serving proportions, and calories. It's nothing unexpected but reliable in what you want out of a chain restaurant and you can tell the staff is nice and work well!

Haven't had pick up stix in yearrrsss so we decidedto get it but it was so awful. Family meal for 4-5 people was a sad portion. Food was heavily seasoned in soy sauce and sugar, literally made me nauseous and have never needed to eat so much white rice with my food. Very disappointed in the quality, taste, and serving size! Not to mention pricey for fast food.

While I am not big on Asian food, my wife loves it, so I will go occasionally.And as odd as this sounds, the 5 star review comes after they messed up my order. My wife ordered the shrimp pad Thai and I ordered the crispy honey chicken. I got all the way home to find out they gave me honey shrimp and I do not eat seafood at all.Well, I come back and they took care of the issue with no problems and both my wife and I use mobility scooters and they are always very accommodating to us. So, service is not an issue here. Now admittedly, we probably should have checked the order before leaving, but they have never messed up before, so we don't usually bother with that here.

The food tastes the same but the service people make it feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you food. The main problem and reason my family will not come back is the guy outside always asking for a hand out or payment for window cleaning with newspapers like it's 1983. Over it!!! No thanks

I should start by saying that the food is great, I droped in for a good dinner. The restaurant was not packed at all , the staff seemed busy in the back . More than likely online orders. I walked in and stood at the register with no greeting when walking in the door. I'm super big on customer service and this person who came to take my order had very little. When I asked how an item on the menu was , in terms of taste I was told " Good" . I do like the food ; however I might try a different location and see if my customer service experience is different.
