Rainy Sunday in SoCal.Very busy today, and they seemed to be thoroughly understaffed. It did not surprise me that it was packed , people had to actually be seated at tables that had not even gotten cleared yet!The food here is really well done: the takeout options for pho is just a large size. Broth and noodles with raw meat are packed separately, plus a bagful of bean sprouts, basil and cilantro. The largest crispy spring rolls are served in threes or five per order. Side of pickled daikon and more rice noodle plus lettuce leaves for wrapping. Dipping sauce is included in a separate container.I also got a soft egg noodle with chicken and vegetables dish that I enjoyed, similar to most chow mein at other Chinese restaurants but less of that five spice blend flavor. Quiet spot overall even with a television tuned to a football match.Larger tables for groups of ten available.I like the flavor here. My server was very apologetic for the long wait that she was even turning down the tip I left. I personally don't think there was any reason for blame other than it was a busy day. Also: please be kind to your servers! They are working hard to keep us fed!

I had the Pho House Special to go. Comes with super hot broth, noodles, meatballs, beef, and belly. Plus japaleños, cilantro, bean sprouts and Thai basil and half a lime . Sriracha packet and Hoisin sauce packets. It's best when hot . I love this place because it's nice and quiet. As a solo eater it's perfect. But there is enough tables and space for a big parties of 20+ people. They people are also really nice. I've only ordered the pho from their menu, so I at least can say that's delicious and worth the price.

Hidden gem with great food and great customer service. We have been coming here for about 8 years now and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. We always start off with the shrimp spring roll that comes with the sauce on the side that is amazing! But of course the star and what you came for is the Pho.Now in all honesty I'm not the biggest Pho phan I am more of a ramen fan but this place has changed my mind. My go to is the Pho house special. Now or $1 or so more you can get the large but honestly the regular size is more then enough. It comes out pretty fast but is always super hot and delicious. Perfect for those cold winter days.I recommend everyone come try this place out especially if you are a Pho fan, you will definitely become a repeat customer like my self.

I'd arrived from a very long flight from overseas and had a craving for something better than flight meals, and found this place on the drive back home. Reviews seemed very good, the place looked nice, simple, and casual, and with all the raving over the food, everything looked and sounded pretty good to me.As expected, the place was actually empty when we got here in the mid afternoon....great!....no crowds. The whole time we were there, we were attended to by a nice, friendly, and helpful young lady.Ok, so I know this is a pho place, but I had more of a craving for their Pan-Fried Soft Egg Noodle with Seafood....my wife ordered the Grilled Meat Vermicelli Noodles.......and just for kicks, we ordered the Spring Rolls with grilled tofu and the Veggie Eggrolls. So, I can't speak for my wife's vermicelli, but she said it tasted ok. My pan-fried soft noodles with seafood.....well, lets just say it was served super hot off the wok. Other than that, the noodles were ok, but .....eeerm, where's the "seafood?" I got 5 pieces of shrimp and a couple little slices of squid.....would have been nice to get a better variety of seafood. Very plain. The spring rolls and egg rolls were quite good too...especially the egg rolls, although pretty skinny, had a wonderful crisp skin that was fried just perfectly......would have been nice to get more filling though.Overall, I wouldn't say that what we'd ordered was the best we'd ever tasted, but it definitely satisfied our hungry stomachs......especially for me after having just survived a long 19hrs of inflight meals. It was ok.

I've been coming here since I was in high school, graduated '09. This is one of the original spots for authentic Vietnamese Pho. It's my #1 go-to and it will stay that way because the food is amazing and the service is always quick and friendly.

I decided to leave a review because I "trusted" this place to be good at 4.3 star on yelp, google, etc. I know reviews are not the most accurate but this has to do with sanitary and food safety issues.... I ordered takeout #58 during lunch at work, so when I took it back to my office, as soon as I bit into the egg roll, I smelt a funky pork taste as if it has slightly turned. Then the remaining dish like pork grill tasted bland... I wasn't sure at first, but after trying for second and third bite, I realized I should not go back for it -- it was the most disgusting food experience in a quite some time for me. What a let down...(!)When I went to pick up my order, there was no single customer in sight at approx 12:10 pm (typically a buzzing hour for restaurants). Yes I should have gotten a clue at that point and just left. What a waste of my $$. BTW, when I asked for sriracha sauce, the guy who brought my takeout went all the way back to kitchen to get me a single packet of the sauce... and the tiny togo package box they crammed all the food into really showed how "thrifty" they were with cutting costs as the business not doing so well... hmmm
