Pho 45

I opted to get takeout pho and was pleasantly surprised about how good this place is! I got the pho tai which took less than 10 minutes to prepare for takeout.Their portions here are insane! Though I only got the small size, it was plenty for me to split it as there was a lot of noodles and an endless amount of meat. Worth the price! Nonetheless the broth was clean and fragrant! I would def recc this place and looking forward to coming back!

I'm currently on the hunt for the best Shrimp Pho in OC!I came to Pho 45 based off a recommendation made by a girl on TikTok and honestly this place HITStheir shrimp pho is definitely the best that I've tried by far in OC, but their filet pho and every other beef pho I've tried here is TOP NOTCHTheir broth is soooo clean and tastes so delicious. It's like heavy and deep with great flavor and spices but not overly salted that it makes me drink loads of water. It's so goodI like how they offer 2 different types of noodles either thin or wideI always get the thin noodles but I'll definitely try the thick noodles sometimeTheir egg rolls are really good!! They're super crunchy and the inside is stuffed with yummy veggies and meatService is always top notch! The moment you enter to the second you leave, you're greeted by every single worker and it feels so nice to be seen like that.They have a good amount of tables and definitely can accommodate for larger parties.Prices are great and food is amazingDefinitely have to try their Thai Tea next time I go cus it seems very popular and looks delicious

I don't know what happened to this restaurant. Was my favorite Pho restaurant by miles but now it has changed dramatically. Maybe the owner changed? The pho broth is different now, less depth in the flavor. The soup is not piping hot how it was used to be.It just lost all the qualities I sought after my pho and the taste completely changed. It feels like a 3 star but I just can't manage to rate that low for my previously loved restaurant. Hope they can improve back to their formal glory. I miss it

Visiting from out of town, we chose Pho 45 over Phoholic and Pho 79 because of the great reviews and the fact they accept credit cards. It did not disappoint!I had the rare filet mignon pho, and my friend got the pho dac biet. The broth was rich, flavorful, and piping hot--absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed the free vinegar onions, and they even accommodated my request to blanch the bean sprouts, which was a nice touch. If you're looking for delicious pho with a homemade feel and fast service, Pho 45 is the place to go!

When I arrived, I was really surprised how long the wait was and how many people were waiting to eat pho on a Monday night. After 30-45 minutes, we got inside and feels very homey and had a mom and pop store vibe. Although, it didn't seem the cleanest and seemed a little dirty inside. But the prices of the dishes were very cheap. I got the dry vermicelli noodle with beef and an egg roll. First, the noodles were warm which I've never had it like that before. Second, the meat had a nice char grilled flavor, but was salty. The fish sauce was also on the saltier side. My boyfriend got the pho and he said it was on the bland side, but the filet was very tender. He said phoholic is better. Overall, this place was an okay Vietnamese restaurant and I was expecting better because of the reviews.

Listen I haven't been back in a few years and would like to apologize to myself for missing out for these past few years (I have been adventuring too hard and trying new places but nothing compares). Pho 45 is still my favorite. Once you get past the terrible parking situation the parking lot has a ton of pot holes/gravel and I don't think there's even lines everyone parks so crooked and it's so tight. I was greeted immediately the workers are all so friendly saying hi welcoming you in and bye as people come and go. I was also sat down immediately luckily no wait which was exciting for a cold winters night. I got to order pretty quickly too. The tables were large and spacious and the eating environment was calm and not rushed.I got a large bowl with skinny noodles of a pho tai nam ve don. The bowl came out fairly quickly after I ordered and the broth was piping hot I burnt my tongue but no regrets because the broth was so delicious and flavorful. There was a ton of meat and noodles in this large bowl too much I would say and I would get a small next time. When I went to pay I was shocked by how affordable the prices still was after all these years and for the large portions. I will be back!

My new favorite pho spot!! I little bit of a drive for me but so worth it. This cute little hole in the whole is a hidden gem. When I first arrived, I was greeted immediately by the staff. I sat down and knew what I wanted to order, #7 Pho Tai, Nam Sach (small).The lady who took my order was so sweet... this place focuses on customer service for sure. My order came out pretty quickly, and the first bite hit! Fresh and tasty broth; everything was so amazing. I love this place and it's probably the most affordable which is a win win oh! And they do not charge for "hanh dam" which I love and take credit card. I'll definitely be coming back again soon. Try it here...you won't be disappointed!

Pho was really good here!Peking Gourmet was closed Tuesday so my dad asked if I wanted pho and I was like of course! I love phoService - great! Whenever someone came in they greeted them. Never see anyone doing this anymore at other places. And whenever people leave they say thank you. Water was always full and they also would fill the condiments and utensils for every table. They're constantly working or doing something there. I saw people in the back working with gloves onPho filet mignon - 4.5/5 - really good, small was a pretty big portion for me. Steak was pretty good as wellLots of meat Veggie/herbs - 5/5 - yum! They gave a ton of limes and basil and also gave boiled onions too Spring rolls - 4.5/5 yumEgg rolls - 4.5/5The prices are super decent.My dad and I thought the place was good overall. The guy next to us even commented and said he thought the place was good and it was his first time there.I would highly recommend!We came at 1:45 on a Tuesday and there were quite of few people there and people coming in and out

I have been craving pho for months! Food: They were generous with meat portion (rare steak and well done brisket). The broth was lacking the homemade taste which it was on the blander side but the hot chili helped. Great mint, bean sprouts and fresh jalapeños to spice it up with flavor. I loved they offer hot tea on the house Service: we went right before dinner rush and the employees were ready. So quick the food was at our table in no wait. All were friendly Ambiance: clean and simple. Eat your pho and go :)
