Waited over an hour for a delivery order. Attempted to call the store no answer. Decided to go to the store and the associate states that the app must have glitched they never got the order. So what is the excuse for not answering your phones!!

I love their food and their staff members.When i walked in they treated me like i was a regular. Of course i choose to come here often! Kudos guys!

Got the Twix Bites due to social media, and they were not matching the social media post I saw. I feel like it was mostly caramel and not enough chocolate. I also got burned sugar pieces.

Lately costumer service it's getting worst and worst. They don't have enough personal. Especially during the weekend. Plus they are so rude.

This place having 2 stars is well deserved. Picked up two large boxes, one of which were pepperoni and pineapple. Bare minimum toppings, and for some reason the cheese was over the toppings. The crust was hard af. The pizza over all was hard. And the people working there seemed miserable as hell. Never coming here again.

Came here because I realized after 30 years of age I've never had papa John's . Not sure if it was this location but I may not want it again . The pizza was not to my liking nor were the wings . Purchased online and the deal was better in store so that wasn't encouraging . Non the less the service was great

Always terrible customer service. Tiny hispanic dude wearing the hoodie acted like he didn't want to give me any Parmesan cheese for my pizza. Handed me 5 packets for my bread sticks and 2 medium pizzas. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.

Terrible customer service!I placed my order, I arrived to p/u only to find out they gave my pizza away to someone else. They told me they could re-do it in 10 minutes... so I wait.The pizza I ordered was the pumpkin special, I was excited because I used my "dough reward", so my cost was only $1.09! I figured because they made a mistake, they'd waive the $1.09, but no- they still wanted my money! I waited over 30 minutes to get my pizza only for them to argue over $1.09!!!Absolutely bullshit on their part! I live so close, no more, I'll drive farther to get better service, simple as that. These days, KINDNESS MATTERS more than money, yes, even $1.09! Unbelievable.Also, several people were just waiting to get their order. I walked out the door saying "Good luck" with that...

Terrible quality Food not hotWon't be coming back to this location.Save your money and go elsewhere
