Service is amazing here. Outside of the Panera is quite messy due to the unsavory type of people in the area.Food is much better than other Paneras.

Nice enough store, but definitely fatigued from the homeless in the parking lot, which is a city issue. My only complaint is that it's freezing cold in here especially on a cold winter morning. They're still blasting the AC. I have to microwave my coffee to keep it warm.

Forgot my coupon. Their food is expensive full price. Shame on me. Only reason I ever come is if I have a coupon. Anyway. Good service even for pick up and my order was right. They didn't give me a hassle about my dogs coming in which is a relief every time and appreciated. Plenty of seating and parking. 2.7 stars seems harsh. No complaints from me.

By far the worst Panera I have food poisoning in November November 7 and I complained today since I was out of town and I showed my receipt and she will not refund me. I have to go to the doctor the same day and I have the doctors appointment via zoom and the medication the doctor gave me and they still won't give me a refund the manager is absolutely ridiculous her name is Jennifer Ford. She's absolutely horrible. She should be fired. She has no idea what customer services is... the Panera Fullerton..gave me a bad order and I complained about it and they gave me a refund plus $20 gift card. This girl needs to retrain how to be food service manager!

One of my favorites to grab a quick lunch while doing retail therapy today. The food is always yummy prepared fresh to order. I had the pick 2 today Fuji Apple Salad & Cheddar Cheese Broccoli Soup always yummy. I also had a strawberry lime lemonade which wasn't self serve. The service today was great as always, the restaurant is also great. There's a parking with ample parking. The decor is pretty cool, will definitely return soon

The most amazing customer service. My food is always fresh and delicious. They have a nice variety to offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great pastry items to go with their coffee and tea selections. The staff team here is the absolute best!!!

I placed an online order awhile back and got the pick 2 with chicken bacon rancher and upgraded to a fruit cup.... So I paid extra for a fruit cup that wasn't even full, already looked unappealing before eating it, and when it came to tasting it there was no flavor, very watery and was very mushy. I wouldn't recommend getting a fruit cup from here. The sandwich was great though.

!st time buyer, and last. We were sick so soup sounded good. I ordered a combo sandwich & salad, my son ordered sandwich and soup. we needed it delivered. I noticed while ordering the selection was for "1/2" sandwich and salad, no options for full. Okay. $60 later it arrived. after fees taxes and all, that's $30 each. Yeah naw, it was sized like a kids meal. tasted good but, really? a junior bacon cheeseburger and 2 tacos from jack in the box would have been more food, and a whole lot less money.

This is happened TWO times now where the chicken on my salad is ICE cold. The chicken has literal ice particles on it and is partially hard and frozen. I decided to microwave the chicken at my workplace and the chicken smelled sour. I go to Panera a LOT and I've never experienced this at any other Panera Bread.

This is the LARGE mac n cheese. Paid $13 for this meal. It is extremely SMALL in portion for a large order. I asked the staff but they said this was large. They are COST-CUTTING. Please AVOID this location.
