Pancho's Tacos Truck

Pancho's deserved this 5/5 rating most definitely!There are so many menu options, and made fresh right in front of you. The Asada was well seasoned and so was the Pollo. However, the Barria did not have much flavor. After loading the tacos with toppings and sauces, it was a delicious meal and all for just $12. Definitely better than any restaurant I have been to out here in LBC. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, very patient and helpful. It felt like getting a plate from a family member's home. I've had a hard time locating seasoned food since moving here from New Orleans, but I'm glad I ran across this spot. I will be back for more!

They were terrific tacos de tripas , carne asada , suaredo, and and amazing torta the best the best I have ate !! going back ! Close bye the area will be there. Again

Panchos taco truck has great pastor! I always get the pastor tacos. Sometimes if I need a change I'll get the carne asada but it's just as good ! Whether it's mid day or after a night out they always taste amazing !

Hands down, the best tacos Ive ever eaten in Long Beach! Stumbled upon this gem while we were in the vicinity, and I regretted only getting 3 tacos. Tripas, cabeza, and of course, their trompo al pastor was so flavorful. Truly authentic tacos! We love it so much, we came back again the next day! I will definitely be back every time Im down in Long Beach! Please note that have a massive tent for outdoor seating.

I've been coming to Pancho's for a while now and they never disappoint. Definitely my favorite pastor tacos in Long Beach. Also, accept cards now but charge an additional 1.50 per transaction. If you're in the area or visiting give them a try, you won't regret it!

Driving up to this TACO Truck was no joke when it came to their Business Clientele.A little on the pricey side ,however $wasn't the problem it was the amount of food (a lot) and so worth it I ordered two carne asada tacos 1chorizo quesadilla 1 birria quesadilla with consumeAnd the al pastor Alambre 2Large Horchatas1large PiñaAll was delicious.The birria was very soft, however the consume was bland not tasteful.We had tons of sides like cucumber ,cilantro and onions, limes ,onion vinegar mix. Etc.Salsas. We define joyed eating here.

I'm going to be completely honest this place is not good at all. I've given this place 3 tries and all the time I order something different the food is always dry. The cucumber is left out in the open with nothing soaking or covered so they are all old and shriveled. The burrito is super dry beans and rice are not appetizing.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Late night taco truck convenient to the Hawk. We got to the Hawk pretty late after a show in San Pedro and were famished. We got a bean and cheese burrito and 2 veggie tacos. I don't think they get a lot of orders for just bean and cheese--I had to say it in my horrible Spanish. It was ok, but they didn't grill it to melt the cheese, and it may be kind of a weird complaint but there was almost too much cheese in there--got very salty! But it did the job. Hubby's tacos looked good, but they were tiny! Decent late night option when there's nothing else around, but wouldn't seek them out specifically.

Los tacos de al pastor remind me exactly like the ones from TJ. All the food in general here is mighty delicious I've had it all. My daughters loves the carne asada fries. We love it here!

Not coming here anymore. I've given this place a few tries because they're open late and I love Mexican food. Al pastor...not good, carne asada always dry, chicken is meh, suadero is mediocre. Plus the guy/lady cashier always has a bad attitude when I come. I've never complained to them or had negative words with them but it's always an attitude coming from them and I really don't know why y'all. The last time I went the food bland and the shells were hard. I said at this point they really don't want me as a customer so they're getting their wish.
