Palsaik Korean BBQ

Food was excellent, service was outstanding! I really enjoyed all the different flavored pork they cooked food for you right in front of you. We will definitely be back ! Overall wonderful experience! Great place to take your whole family or a date!!!

Probably the most unique Korean BBQ experience I've ever had. If you are a fan of KBBQ, I recommend at least trying this once. How the meals are cooked and presented is a culinary spectacle in a way, making it more of an experience than just a bite to eat.In my opinion, a lot of the meat tasted a bit too similar, which kind of defeated the purpose of the unique flavoring rule they have, but it was still interesting to try.For someone who prefers cheap AYCE KBBQ, this place is a bit on the pricier side. However, you are paying for better quality meat (I assume) and a better experience so it is what it is. They cooked all of the food for us and their service was on par.The place was calm and relaxing but we went for lunch. It seems like it could become a party and loud during the dinner hours.

I had bookmarked this place for years, over a decade, actually, but somehow, I never made it until now. It's funny how some things just slip your mind! Anyway, we finally went on a weeknight for dinner, and I'm so glad we did.We were seated promptly, and the menu was simple-ish yet offered a decent amount of dishes. I asked the staff if the combo had enough food for two people and he replied "yes enough. you don't need to order more". It's always a good sign when the staff are honest and don't try to persuade you to spend more.We ordered the Palsaik combo which comes with 8 marinated pork belly and a hotpot with instant noodle. It also comes with kimchi, veggies and salad. It was a lot of food! The waiter helped us on every step. They grilled the pork belly and cut it up when it's ready. The service was nice and attentive throughout the meal. The owner came checked on us a few times and waved us goodbye when we left.Overall, I wish I had come here sooner because the experience was fantastic. Not only the meat was good quality and delicious, the service was also great. Having both a grill and a hotpot at the table added a fun and unique touch to the meal.

came here for lunch. got the palsaik combo which is 8 different t pork bellies plus lim chi stew and ramen noodles which is good for 2 people but came here alone. the staff cooks for you, so you can sit and relax. they have 4 different combo sets you can choose from. if you want quietness, then come here for lunch. they also have a lacarte menu of soups.

The good:My toddler loves kbbq so it is one of our go-to eating out meals. We got the beef special for 2 for $75. It came with kim chi stew with sliced of spam (or some kind of pork patty julienned), ramen, onions and cabbage as well as 3 types of beef (including brisket). I like that the workers there cook your meat for you. They cooked the meat and cut the fat out. They also cooked garlic, jalapeno, a bean sprout kimchi mix and some mushrooms. We were given a side of lettuce. We ordered an extra side of rice. The inside wasn't smoky and full of fumes like some Korean bbq spots are. The bad:For the same price you can go to an all-you-can-eat bbq place and get more food. I was full at the end of the meal but I think it's because we got an extra portion of rice. There were less veggies and meat than I would've liked. The stew and bbq both had a lot of cooked onion (ok with me but my husband doesn't eat cooked onion). I would've liked more banchan. There's no outdoor dining. The interesting:They have a cup in the middle of the table where the skillet grease pours down into. Their tables have circular stools and hanging table numbers on pig placards. They have two metal prongs that help hold up a long and skinny tray of meat.

The review for this place is obviouslyComparing it to another pork belly place I enjoy going to with 8 flavors. This place looks semi exactly like that place too haha but anyway, the staff is friendly and attentive. They cook for you here also. I just found it weird that the lady literally flipped our pork belly every second haha it was a bit odd or maybe it's cause she wasn't busy? She just stood there and kept flipping the pork belly's back and forth. Anyway, so we ordered the 8 pork belly flavors. It came with soup and ramen noodles, lettuce wrap, garlic jalapeno.... I definitely appreciated those. I thought the pork belly was ok, they lacked more flavor. I loveeee kimchi and bean sprouts and theirs was not good at all. That is my favorite part to this type of meal too. I love when the kimchi and beans sprouts cooks... it releases a different type of flavor and this was sooo bland! Needs more flavor pls. Overall, it was ok. Will I be back? Hmmm maybe, if I don't want to drive too far to LA. But I would still prefer the other place...

They are located in a strip mall but is small inside. They were understaffed when we got there. At least 3 empty tables were not cleaned up so we couldn't get seated. We waited about an hour. More than I wanted to wait. They thing is the different marinates. The meat were good quality, and some of the marinates were good. This is not an AYCE so plan accordingly. Aside of the old lady, the staff was not happy. They were not pleasant at all. They did not want to be there so I'm not sure why there were there. They didn't do anything to us specifically but he had a mad face on all the time and were not friendly to his fellow staff member. Someone was having a bad day.

I loved everything about this place! The service, the food, the ambiance, and the people. As a table of 3, we didn't have to wait long and were seated in less than 10 minutes. The menu had a variety of delicious options! The wait for the food was okay, but it was worth the wait. They cook the food for you and refilled the appetizers (kimchi) for us many times. The ramen we had was so amazing, flavorful, and not too spicy. Finally, the different meat flavors were a great surprise to my taste buds. Overall, I had a great first time here! 11/10
