There's so many amazing things we want to say! We had booked Pa Le Carte about a year in advance and when we met them they were fairly new"ish" in the game, however nonetheless we were absolutely stoked to have them serve our guests delicious paletas and churros. The booking process was super easy, the payment process was also easy, they offer flexibility which is ideal when it comes to hosting a massive party. Adriana always kept in touch, if I had any questions she was always so quick to respond as well. When it came to the day of our party, they were on time (which is a HUGE deal) and the set-up was beautiful. Our guests loved everything, and of course IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS!!! We're sad this is over, but we will be keeping Pa Le Carte's information because we definitely would book their services again in the future! If you're looking for amazing people, flexibility, and delicious paletas and churros please don't look any further! Book Pa Le Carte ASAP as you will not be disappointed!!!

Impressed with the attention to detail! Charitable portion on toppings. Creative and colorful items. The owners make custom menus to match the theme of the party. The cart is clean and the workers are ready to serve with a smile. Easy 5 stars.

We booked Pa Le Carte for a graduation party and they added such a nice touch to our gathering. Both the service and product were excellent, and we will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend for a tasty and unique touch to any event.

Rented the self serve fruit and ice cream for my baby shower such amazing people to work with and the quality of the fruit and ice was the best everyone loved the toppings and the set up that was provided balloons and umbrella went so well with the theme there is such an attention to detail and they have the menu and labels match any theme you have highly recommend

I rented their ice cream cart for my baby shower, the communication and customer service is amazing. They are extremely informative and will help you with any questions you have regarding their services! Drop off and pick up was extremely smooth and on time. They created a menu for the cart based off of our party theme. Their ice cream was very good and was a hit of the party!

Pa Le Carte was awesome. All of our employee loved the Paletas and the service was amazing. The owners are very friendly and made custom menus to match our employee event. Will for sure be having them again in the future.

These two are absolutely AMAZING! Booking was so easy, pricing is transparent, and the service was Extraordinary!!!!! I booked them for my son's first birthday. They really go above and beyond for you. They themed the cart to match his party theme (Star Wars) and made sure every guest got exactly what they wanted. I can't thank them enough for making my baby's day extra special and for being just AMAZING people! You will not regret booking with them. Their ice creams are so yummy! Plus, they have so many options to satisfy everyone's taste buds!

Pa le carte catered my nephews 1st birthday party. The serverwere amazing servers and allowed a fun experience and amazing ice cream to everyone ! We will definitely be re booking .
