The restaurant canceled our online order nearly 30mins after food order was placed. No reason whatsoever--just canceled unannounced and very LATE. Not very good business practices.We placed our order with UBER EATS and we know they don't like online orders with third party delivery companies because they have to pay a fee. I remember the owner told us once in person when we dined in not to do that because they'd rather take that money directly. What the heck. So inconvenient. We've been a long time customer of this restaurant for over 15 years. I even used to eat here a lot with my family when I was young. I'd also like to point out that the last time I dined in here (way after the nice review I left them)--they forgot our entire order. People that came in after us got all their food, laughing it up, while we waited for over 30mins. When we pointed it out to the server, they were nonchalant unapologetic about it and only began to make our food then as if nothing happened. It was a horrible experience. Before this, there was another incident when a female server (perhaps a relative Aunt) was taking our order hunched over the register counter, talking to us. Our table was directly next to the register but the woman was so lazy to come over to our table and get our order properly. I thought it was rude that she didn't give us the respect and decency to serve us properly. We were very polite so I think she got comfortable. We have made requests here before with CAM and was able to accommodate our orders many times before. When we asked for certain requests her demeanor changed. She couldn't understand and when we kindly asked her to ask the chef she gave us a confused and disgusted look and just straight said no they don't cook special requests. We told them they've made it before that's the only reason why we kept returning. She was very rude. We got up and left.The service is inconsistent. I just never came back on here to update the review.

My my...OTop Thai. If you're in the area and looking for a great Thai spot, then come here. I have had the pleasure of eating here a dozen times and one thing I can vouch for is the consistency of the food. I've had the crab fried rice, pad Thai, curry, and the egg rolls. All were A1. Lunch specials are your go to. You get more bang for your buck. Service is always nice and served with a smile. Do yourself a favor and pick up your food instead of ordering through the website. They use a third party which is a drag and the communication between them and the third party lacks big time. Plus, by going in you get to feel the energy of the place which is full of zen mixed with mom and pop energy. I have turned my entire office into a Otop Thai lover, will you be one too? Choice is yours, but who would turn down good food? Not me, and if you're reading this...I'm sure you wouldn't either.

Hole in the wall place it may be, but clean and good friendly service. The Boat Noodle soup is legit. The overall flavor is slightly less than what I like, but still very good. Since it is my first time here, I ordered the noodle with just level 1 spicy, which was just mild for me. Next time, I will bump that up to medium. Also, would like to point out the beef in the noodle soup were tender, too. There were pork and meat balls in there, like a happy family. I have to come back to try other dishes on the menu.

The soup was really good, and it was hot. I ordered a side of rice and it came wrapped up in plastic and tinfoil and in a cardboard box and when I opened it, it was rock solid hard. I couldn't get a plastic fork into it, and I could not bite a piece off of it, it was so hard.

When I walked in and had a nice mellow atmosphere, that was a plus. I ordered the orange chicken with rice and chicken potstickers. The orange chicken was cooked to order and it was freshly battered, that made all the difference with that dish. It was very very good so was the potstickers. Also, the person that took my order brought my food to my car. You can't tell me that's not awesome Service.

HIDDEN GEM! I've been looking for a really good thai food place and I found it! It is a small local place but it does not disappoint. Everything from the decoration, service, food, and price! 10/10!

Gardena boasts plenty of Thai food options, but this restaurant consistently stands out. The food is authentic and flavorful, though it's wise to be cautious with the spice level--very spicy means extremely spicy here. The service is impressively fast; I called in for a lunch special, and my food was ready in less than 20 minutes. Their lunch specials offer great value: for under $20, you get a full meal and a drink, and for under $15, you get a satisfying meal. Such deals are rare these days. Although parking is limited, don't let that deter you from visiting this excellent restaurant.

Nope! No thank you. This is mediocre Thai Food. Friendly service and low prices. The food was just ok. The lunch special fried rice tasty stale. The Pad See Eww was mushy. Sorry not a fan!

amazing taste of beef green curry fried rice+fried eggworth to trythai milk tea is another menu that the best in class of thai drinks

Just recently ordered from their lunch menu and ordered to go when they first opened. Ordered the bbq chicken from their lunch menu lunch menu and the shrimp pad thai , awful my chicken was dry and seem like it was warmed up, the egg fried rice was dry my daughter's meal, her egg rolls were so cold it must have been frozen for them to slightly thaw them out and three shrimp one shrimp was cut in half for them to slightly price you pay. We been coming here since inception and things has drastically changed. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. I believe we are finally done and tired of getting sick from the service.
