Chef Ollie George created the perfect surprise dinner for our family of 8 guests. The special dinner was for my sister's birthday. The meal from start to finish was perfect. The meal was delicious and beautifully crafted, plated and served. We felt like royalty. The charcuterie board had delicious artisan bread, lovely cheeses, olive tapenade, seasoned crackers and fruit. Our dinner by request was fish and Ollie worked her magic. It was incredibly prepared with olives, tomato and lemon. It was served on a bed of garlic, herb mashed potatoes. The best fish we ever tasted! Contirno was delicious braised broccolini. A most beautiful individual fresh fruit tart was served with ice cream. Caffe' corretto accompanied dessert. This was a magical night. My sister's birthday was so special because of Ollie's attention and care in the planning and execution of this dining experience. If you are in need of a personal chef you will be thrilled with Ollie! She's gifted and wonderful. We are huge fans!

Ollie was warm and inviting! She was a wonderful host and teacher. She opened her Beautiful home to us, which has an amazing view of the ocean, and is so charming. She made a personalized menu for us and allowed us the space and freedom to explore flavors, techniques and cooking styles. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to go back!

I CANNOT recommend Ollie's cooking class enough. She is so knowledgable, but she makes cooking so approachable and fun. The food we made was truly delicious, the best pesto and sea bass I have ever had. Above all, Ollie is such a blast to be around! After an hour, it just felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. I left her house beaming from ear to ear. Best Tuesday night ever!!!

Olli, May I please take you home with me?!? I need you at all times to ensure that all my meals are as epic as they are when you're physically in the same room making sure I don't mess up. My suggestion is that one brings three of their closest friends to Ollie George Cooks, bring some wine, learn some awesome techniques from Master Ollie and enjoy the great food and awesome company. Ollie is both a great teacher and a warm individual and ensures that the experience she provides are both fun and informative for when you have to cook on your own. Took the most entertaining cooking class with this sweet chef last night. Seriously the best $45 spent on a Friday night. It's worth so much more than that with all of the delicious food you get to eat (inhale) & the experience. She makes you feel so at ease & like you're just hanging out with friends, learning something new and fully enjoying a 3 course meal. Best cooking experience ever! Ollie is so inspirational. I loved her laughter and joy! It was such a transportive sensory experience filled with intense colors and structural shapes. I feel more intrigued by trying out funky shaped mushrooms, Buddha's hands and Dragon Fruit. I kid you not-her cooking tips are jaw dropping, better than any Tik-Tok hack I have ever seen. I can't wait to go to the market and infuse creativity into my cooking again. My daughter gave me the Ollie's cooking lesson as a Christmas gift. I loved the gourmet and visual experience next to the sea so much, that I went back with my husband for a couple's cooking lesson. Our Pescatarian meal included an appetizer of grilled Halloumi cheese and grape skewers, a watercress and roasted watermelon radish salad and a whole Sea Bream Fish roasted with Mediterranean aromatics, herbs and fennel fronds. We ended our culinary experience with pouched pear in a Cabernet Sauvignon with mulling spices accompanied by Madagascar vanilla bean gelato. Great idea for Valentines, by the way. It felt like we had visited the Mediterranean coast.Throughout the two cooking lessons, took notes on simple recommendations and ventured off into my own personal adventure as a foodie! After tasting a variety of tonics, I drove to Rainbow Juices in downtown Long Beach and found a treasure chest full of cleanses, Vegan lavender cheese cake, and a Chinese herbal tea prepared with a super infusion process that is perfect for reducing inflammation, stress and increasing longevity. Afterwards, I stopped by Whole Foods and picked up a variety of mushrooms and watermelon radishes. I ordered Ollie's favorite cookbook, Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat, and checked out a few Youtube videos and podcasts. I can't wait to watch her Nosrat's Netflix series. All this to say that Ollie is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge based on first hand experience, a Berkeley grad innovation and a family lineage of Southern Italian cooking.Although my cooking lesson experience lasted a couple of hours, the inspiration, knowledge and curiosity lasts a life time. I look forward to sharing what I have learned with my husband, kids, colleagues and friends! I am so excited that she is local and look forward to her culinary innovations.

Met Ollie at TomatoMania @ Rogers Gardens and she was so excited to talk tomatoes and strawberries! So great to experience and we took her advice and bought some varieties she recommended. We started following her Instagram and then discovered that she authentically loves and appreciates all the deliciousness nature has to offer. I decided to order a small CSA box, bolla and pesto sauce. The pesto sauce was so delicious!!!! Tasted really fresh, just like my Moms. The produce box included really fun and seasonal stuff like baby corn, lemon cucumbers, peaches, nectarines, fennel, 3 types of berries. Was a great treat and I highly recommend the pesto and the bolla. You can order it via her website!

I have had the opportunity pleasure of cooking with Chef Ollie and my daughter has been to her cooking classes.I do not cook. I burn boiling water. So I thought why not do a cooking class with my friends. Chef Ollie did not disappoint her attention to detail during our class made it very easy to want to get in the kitchen and tackle any recipes. She made it fun and not all stressful which I was worried about. My friends had a blast and the charcuterie board that she made for us was out of this world. Cioponno was so yummy and the fist was very fresh.The kids cooking class is so great! It gives kids a chance to get confidence in the kitchen. She is so great with the kids. Each kid and or group had their own part to contributing to their meal.We love Chef Ollie she makes you feel like family and teaches you tons of great cooking techniques.

I brought my wife for a belated valentines celebration and it was a great experience! Chef Ollie set us up with a tailored Italian menu of fresh seafood and vegetables. The patio was private and offered a great view of the water. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Strongly recommend for a date night!
