Extremely Rude Staff & Poor Hygiene PracticesI had a terrible experience at Nita's Restaurant. The staff were not only rude but also visibly frustrated with me for no reason. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable, as if I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Instead of providing basic customer service, they acted annoyed and dismissive, which was completely unprofessional. To make things worse, their hygiene practices were concerning. I saw a leafy vegetable stuck to the outside of a soup container, and instead of using tongs or gloves, the staff member touched it with her bare hand and put it back. That's completely unsanitary and unacceptable in any food establishment.Between the terrible customer service and the lack of proper food handling, I don't think I'll be returning. I strongly don't recommend this restaurant. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this kind of experience is unacceptable.

Being half Filipino, I'm always looking for new Filipino restaurants. The food was decent, still haven't found Filipino food that compares to my mom's or auntie's cooking. Service was whatever.

The best pork barbecues! Don't forget to get the suka! They also accept credit cards now but with a very minimal fee. Place looks and feels clean.

Food is good but the customer service towards me was terrible. I don't know if it's because I'm a man of color but the service provided to me was terrible. The restaurant was empty at the time of my arrival, the lady behind the counter continued what she was doing and did not acknowledging me what's so ever for a few minutes. That I can get over, it was when she finally addressed me with a stern and rude "WHAT?" I should have just walked out of the restaurant right then and there

Poor cashier customer service. I bought two combos with pork bbq & chopsuey and pigs ears and chicken adobo, I was asking for two small container of vinegar for each combo, the cashier gave me only one and cashier said I get only one. He said that if I want more, I have to buy the bottle of vinegar that they are selling. Also he gave me a small amount of food. Overrated filipino food and very expensive! Not like before customer service was good.
