Nicole was so amazing to work with! Not only are her baked goods absolutely delicious, her styling was on point for our cake and the dessert bar we had at our wedding. As a bonus, she created custom cookies for us in flavors that represented my partner and I's backgrounds (baklava and pandan). Our family and friends CANNOT stop talking about them, and we also couldn't stop eating our leftover cake-topper. I highly, highly recommend Nicole for your wedding or really any event. We got our wedding cake from Nicole for our elopement. We actually got the cake without tasting it because it was so last minute and thankfully it turned out amazing!! We got coconut passion fruit, which was delicious. We are looking forward to our 1 year cake! We are so thankful to Nicole for making our beautiful yummy cake.

I first came across Nicole's cakes after seeing a Bridgerton-themed cake she designed on Instagram. After doing some research, I knew immediately that she was the pastry chef for us. Through conversations via email and our in-person tasting, we decided on design and flavors. We had a three-tiered cake with chocolate chip cookie dough, brownie, and key lime margarita. We also got a dozen vegan red velvet and Oreo buttercream cupcakes for our vegan guests and I commissioned THE coolest lemon-flavored Dungeons and Dragons-themed groomscake as a surprise for my husband. Everything turned out so beautifully and delicious! Our guests loved everything. Nicole is so sweet, super talented, and knows how to bake incredible and visually stunning treats! We recommend her fully and can't wait to taste her treats again.

Nicole was absolutely amazing, from start to finish of the planning process, she was extremely thorough and helpful. We did a tasting of 4 flavors of our choice, all were AMAZING but we went with strawberry balsamic and it was a hit at our wedding! Everyone loved her desserts. I loved the unique flavors she creates and I would highly recommend her! You will not regret it.

Our experience with Nicole Bakes Cakes was wonderful from start to finish. We booked with her less than 3 months before our wedding, which is pretty short notice, as far as weddings go. We filled out an interest form, and the process was simple. We also booked a tasting of four of the several flavors she offers. We loved all of them, but decided on the lemon cake. We also had to adjust our order weeks after and she obliged without issue. On the day of our wedding, Nicole delivered the cake to our venue without any issue. We had a small, intimate outdoor wedding, and the cake was a perfect added accent. We chose a simple design, yet it was beautiful and received many compliments from our guests for both the gorgeous presentation and delectable taste. The cake was bursting with citrus flavor- it was moist, yet fluffy and the frosting melted in your mouth with just the right amount of sweetness. 10 out of 10- highly recommend booking your cake with Nicole!

I am and was so incredibly happy with my wedding cake. Nicole delivered the cake of my dreams and not only was it beautiful but delicious. She was able to accommodate all of my food sensitivities. She made my inspo come to life! When looking for a vendor on facebook she was the only one that read my post and to me that is worth its weight in gold.
