Naples Wine and Spirits

Its a no frills small liquor store with an impressive selection of beer and wine, limited cocktails on the run selection...It was close to where we were staying so you could walk in, not sure if they have off street parking as it's on a busy street. Prices were ok, not cheap, not overly pricey but again you are paying for proximity, no car required if you are in Naples.

If you like wine, this is the place to go! Even if you don't have the money to buy one of the super expensive $4,000 dollar bottles of wine, go ahead and browse the aisles to find a reasonable bottle of red that's more in your price range, whatever that price range might be. They have inexpensive bottles staring under $10 that are not only respectable, but will more than satisfy your wallet and pallet. But red wine isn't all they stock. They have a fine offering of white wines, hard alcohol, hard to find accoutrements, cheeses, and other alcohol-based odds and ends that will have you wandering the store like a kid in a candy shoppe. You will find yourself oohing and ahhing at all of the interesting and delicious goods.They also have wine samplings, tasting days and evening boat cruises where you can talk with reps and distributors while rubbing elbows with other local residents.The Bottle Shoppe has a plethora of goodies for pickiest wine snob or the average Joe who just wants a great shopping experience. One of the best specialty liquor stores in LA, and my go to spot for gifts, special occasions, or a nice dinner at home. The Bottle Shoppe stocks an impressive selection of spirits, wines, and even craft beers that you will not find anywhere else in Long Beach. The store is nicely merchandised, making it easy to browse, and the staff are helpful. Alex always makes great recommendations and is a wealth of knowledge, not to mention a really nice guy. The shelves here are filled with award winning bottles. My boyfriend and I are rum enthusiasts and always find something special for our home bar. We have also purchased several unique gifts here for the whisky and bourbon lovers in our lives. The prices on their curated wine offerings are slightly above average, but the superior selection makes up for it. Do not hesitate to come here for all of your alcoholic needs.

I went in hoping to pick up an online order that I missed when it was delivered. I had my ID and the order confirmation with me, but the clerk let me know that for a few reasons (e.g. the order was a gift but wasn't listed as a gift online, I don't have the credit card used to place the order since it was a gift, and my shipping address doesn't match the address on my ID) he couldn't let me pick up - okay cool, I get it. But then he also said that it's because they've "been scammed thousands of times" and just can't afford to let me pick up the order. If he'd said it's because of laws around online alcohol orders or that it's just their store policy, that would have been totally fine. But his comment was unnecessary and rude. It seemed like he was implying that I was trying to "scam" the shop.Maybe reconsider how your staff talks to people when they have to be turned away and maybe don't imply that someone is trying to steal when it's just a technical mixup.

I confirmed the price of the whiskey placed a bottle on hold. Came the next day and they purposely raised the price by $100 in the computer system although the sticky note was written with the correct name and agreed price. The cashier called the owner but the owner wouldn't honor the price. The cashier was very apologetic and agrees that is unfair. The cashier said that the owner has done that before. The owner had his brother raise the price at Liquor Land also, in which we also placed the bottle on hold. Both places were raised by $100 because I placed the item on hold.Crooked business practice. All whiskeys are already over priced. They tried to gouge thinking I'm desperate for the bottles. I don't support this kind of nonsense and neither should the community.

As soon as I stepped foot in here I wanted to drop hundreds of dollars. I held back, but know that this will be my new spot for when I need something unique, or when I would like some suggestions on what to purchase. I was left to peruse on my own but it was made known that they were happy to help if I needed it. They have craft beer of all types, wine, beer, and spirits. Everything is categorically organized, making it easy to find if you have something specific in mind. Most of the craft beer was refrigerated, which I appreciated and I was able to pick up some unique bottles.In addition, they offer free tastings every Friday and Saturday night from 5-8pm. I think they might do it on Thursdays too. You can pop in any time during that 3 hour time frame for a taste of the nightly offering. Sometimes its beer and sometimes its wine but you can check their Instagram or the chalkboard in-store for the upcoming tastings. A unique aspect is that they put together events out of the store too. I was told about a 2 hour whiskey tasting boat ride which also includes snacks, and that they are putting together a wine tasting bus tour. So definitely come in and make friends with whoever is working and I'm sure they'll give you all the scoop.

This place has a remarkable selection of spirits. I called on the off chance that they had a bottle of Cardinal Mendoza Spanish Brandy. When the employee got back on the phone I expected a resounding "no." To my surprise, he said "yes." When I got to the store, I was impressed by their selection of spirits. I did not explore the entire store or check out the beer, but from what I see this is a great place.

This store us going out of business, which is not surprising. They are rude and disrespectful. I called asking if the carry Dom Perignon and he said yes. When I asked him how much is was he became very irritated and said he didn't know off the top of his head and he was too busy with customers. I never asked him to stop serving his customers and would have been happy to wait on hold. He lost a sale of $300 which I guess he didn't care about. There was another incident with him when I went in to purchase something. So probably good he's going out of business maybe he'll be happier not having to deal with people. Good bye.

Anyone know if they sell Pasmosa Sangria?I noticed on their website that they do but I just want to confirm
