Cooks don't wear go gloves, 4 microwave ovens to warm up any food, no hot food !I was watched 4 cooks prepare to go orders wearing No gloves and touch every cooking utensil and pushing and touching anything in the cooking area and only wipe her hand on a towel over her waist !Need to at least wash after each order made !All this with a A grade from the health department

Been a while since I came here, been a customer for many years before it was Mr Giant. I've done mix reviews last being 2015. Lived in Norwalk for the last 7 years so had other variety. Now I am back on this side of the hill.Looks pretty clean and looks like covid did some re arranging. Less tables mostly on the outer near the windows. They have the fountain and also 2 freezers with bottle and can sodas. The salsa bar shrunk to a style of rolling cart with the salsasOrder California burrito, it was up to standard that I knew from the past. Glad to see it was back up to the Los Sanchez ways. Flavorful and good size.I will return more often now that I don't live too far

Big fan of this place! Food is delicious and pricing is excellent , right by my work so I go everyday if not every other day! The tacos dorados are amazing and my order every time. The location is great too, lots of seating and then a patio in the back for additional seating. Service is good, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. A friend of our recommended this restaurant the food is really good and they give big portions. We headed to Whittier and go-to Mr.Giant Mexican restaurant. When we arrive at the restaurant the parking was full but lucky we found parking. Stepping in the restaurant that's is another story it was pack first we look at the menu they have a very impressive menu them my wife decided to order the two chili renello then it's my turn I told her I order the same as you the chili renello.We notice the restaurant gets packed during dinner time and also pick up and plus they have Happy Hour. They call our number I pick up our food. We couldn't believe it the large portions of the two chili renello it also comes with rice and beans and a small side salad. The chili renello has so much flavors from the cheese that so good and chili wasn't hot and sauce cover the two renello is amazing good. The rice have so incredible flavors and beans were so good. We both like the chili renello I told my wife we need to come back again.

I ordered the camarones al mojo de ajo (garlic shrimp) I received the shrimp and they were not cleaned , they still have the intestine inside (filth) and when I called to make a complaint the manager gave me an attitude did not apologize and made the experience even worse.
