Ok so the food has always been excellent. Unfortunately like many, using Covid to hike pricing & half size portions. I justvpaid $11 for a pastrami burrito the size of a frozen one.. wtf! They so busy socializing amongst themselves, customers are just left waiting to order. Yea you can call it in, but you'll still wait, they didn't start until you showed up. Never again! Competition down the street!

Worst customer service. Besides them always taking so long. I've witnessed how an employee was beyond rude to a grubhub driver picking up an order, he was told to wait 10 minutes, when it actually took an hour. When the driver asked for the status of his order the employee was so rude & unprofessional said he didn't have to wait & can go ahead & cancel the order. All the driver was trying to do is ask why it was taking so long. Keep in mind this driver order was about $8 & if he had to wait an hour for an order that was supposed to be 10 minutes wait. He basically just made 8hrs an hour so not cool. I would never come back to this establishment.

The service customer service is horrible and made a phone order food 30 minutes prior to getting there still food was not ready food was overcooked and burnt order was wrong and they charge just for you to use your debit card it just it was all bad all around it like I paid they put too much mustard on my mood like my meat birds is the back please this thing I'll be in here a couple times and liked it the first time stuff out I should go back this is the last time I eat very light food is overly priced

It's eight minutes from my house I was about to make a phone order and I think they're not open it it's 10:30 AM and on their yelp page it says that they open at 9 AM I called maybe 6 times times the first three times I was hung up on the other three times I called they just let the phone ring I have amazing fries but the burger I always get is always soggy they charged me for 1000 Island butOne time I went this lady didn't charge me she said that they weren't charging 1000 Island so that's shady
