Best damn burger joint in Los Angeles. The food is always made when you arrive, so call it in. The area is sketchy, but if you mind your own you'll love long. The service is decent to get your order in. I've never had anything bad from here. It good to have a place that cooks everything you could possibly want.

Food here is good which is why they get a 3 star rating. I've had burgers,chili cheese fries,etc all good but the customer service from the chef is beyond me! He doesn't want to make big orders so don't even come if it's a group thing. The order taker on the other hand is a really cool guy. The location is sketchy. A big hang out for homeless and drug dealers. If you're not afraid of alil street violence this isn't a bad spot.

On Monday February 17,2025 I came to Monster burger on 88th and Vermont in So Los Angeles at around 4:15 pm I ordered a Chilli Cheese Pastrami Fries the cashier Charged Me 9.68 for a very small container of fries when I got the food I went to my car to start eating and when I bite in to the first bite the fries where extremely Salty and there was no Chili on the fries I guess they salted the fries before placing them in the container and then add cheese and this extremely Salty Pastrami meat onto the fries. When I brought the food back to the counter the cashier that took my order was extremely rude and told me they don't add salt to the fries but a customer that ordered after me said that her Fries were salty as well. And she came back to the window because there was no napkins in her bag the cashier argued with myself and the customer that complained that the Fries were salty and said it's not his problem the pastrami already comes seasoned and was extremely rude. I have been living in this neighborhood for25 yrs and have never received this blatant disrespect from a business shame and you for this ridiculous service. After going back and forth with cashier a customer behind me said so your not going to do anything for at least something that equals out to what she paid he finally agreed and snatched my bag from window and told them to make me a pastrami burger which I did not want I wanted chili cheese fries only hold the pastrami and know I'm being told I ordered a pastrami burger which I didn't.this has been a mess an the service here is not Good at all.

This the second time they didn't get my order right. The first time I lost 15 bucks not this time. When people say no sour cream that's what they mean. Get more English workers you are in the hood.
