Monora Thai - Cerritos

I have come here twice for dinner and have had a great experience with the food and service. I have tried the Pad Thai w/ chicken, Green Curry, and Tom Yum w/ Pork and all of it was delicious. The portion for the food is shareable between 2-4 people for the Pad Thai and Tom Yum. The Green Curry comes in a smaller bowl so I would recommend getting 2 orders if you're with a group of 4 or more. The service is always fast and I don't have to wait too long for my food. There's plenty of seating and it can seat big parties. If you're in the area and craving Thai food I would come here. FYI: They take their lunch around 1-3pm so if you come during those hours they will be closed. There's no signage or anything on Yelp but something to keep in mind if you decide to come during lunch hours.

My friends and I found this little gem by accident. We were in the neighborhood and decided to give this place a try. We walked in without a reservation and were seated right away, even though our entire party wasn't there. It's a small restaurant and I can tell that they get busy, so I really appreciated how patient they were as we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Service was great - they were very attentive and our food arrived quickly! Not to mention, the pricing was worth it with the quality and amount of food that we were given.I highly recommend the Beef Boat Noodle if you're craving something comforting. The shrimp fried rice and wontons are also really good. They also have lunch specials, which I plan on coming in for one of these days.

I really enjoy the food here and Monora Thai. I've ordered from here on uber eats plenty of times before but I decided to go here for lunch with my sister and were pleasantly impressed. They have lunch specials everyday starting at 11am. I ordered Pad See Eww and she ordered the Pad Thai both were $11.95 which was an absolute bargain! The pad see eww was delicious! It was tasty and flavorful! I like that they used the authentic Chinese Broccoli which is the correct version! I tried my sister's pad Thai and it was delicious as well! Both lunch special comes with a veggie egg roll and wonton crisp with dipping sauce. The service was great, our server was nice and helpful.Ambiance was nice, lots of seating and table. We will definitely come back here for more lunch special dates.

Had a delicious family meal here with no wait on a weekend afternoon. The star of the meal was the green curry with chicken, spices were on point and the sauce was so flavorful and creamy. The papaya salad and grilled chicken were also good, I loved the crying tiger sauce on the side and used it for everything.

Unclear about how service or atmosphere is because I got Uber delivery, but this place has a BOGO on certain dishes - hainan chicken and green curry is what I ordered, and I was SO surprised at how good it was. The hainan chicken was especially the winner. The rice was phenomenal and the sauces they gave were so good.Def ordering from here again. Everything cost me $32 or so

Finally got the try this place and I found the food taste to be split. The padsiew and ribs were just ok, wouldn't order again. Khao soi sauce was delish but noodle and chicken weren't the same type compared to what I had when eating this dish in Thailand. Should be whole chicken leg/thigh, not like the thinly sliced chicken found in all their other curry and noodle dishes. Yellow curry was also very tasty. I ordered both with no spice but both came with a strong kick, so be warned. Will return and try other dishes

Monora Thai Cerritos is one of our two favorite Thai restaurants to go to in the area. We've been coming here for years and the quality of food never changes. The lunch specials are worth the price and there's plenty to choose from. Today, I had my must have shrimp phad thai. It always delivers...so flavorful and the texture of the noodles is soft and chewy at the same time! Perfectly made...the spicy beef salad is fresh and the spice level is whatever you want it to be from a small tickle on your tongue to sweat breaking hotness! Great job always Monora, thank you for bringing the flavors of Thailand to Cerritos!!!

This is currently my friends' and my go-to Thai spot in this area. The food is consistently good and the portions are very generous. The noodle dishes and fried rice dishes are definitely enough to share. Even their curry dishes are big - you get a nice amount of rice and the perfect ratio of curry to go with it; this will fill you up for sure. I always either get their Pad See Ew or Panang Curry and can't go wrong with either one. The servers are very friendly, and while the restaurant doesn't seat a ton of people, the tables are all spaced out nicely. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in this plaza, but this place is definitely worth the visit.

Food was delicious and portions were gracious. We order pad see ew seafood, beef boat noodle, and yellow curry. Service was great. We received extra bowls to share with the kids, all utensils without asking. The atmosphere can be improved a little.
