Mikhuna

This food truck comes to the Fox Studios quite often and it's hard to pass up a meal from them. I've ordered the Seafood Tallarin Saltado twice and it has not let me down. Huge portions and deliciously seasoned food! Highly recommend anything from this truck. Somewhat pricey but well worth it. $20+ a plate after tax and tip but you can split a meal with someone and be perfectly content afterwards. Thank you Mikhuna!

This food truck set up shop right outside of our building today so after taking a look at their picture menu (and with some help with the cashier (he's outside of the truck), I ordered the Tumi Salad for $10. I got there early so the wait wasn't so long, but stay by the truck! I noticed that they don't really yell out order numbers! And they have a TV by their "Pick Up" window playing Latino music, so it could be a little hard to hear them!The Tumi Salad comes with their vegan aji sauce, tomato, lettuce, and a quinoa patty. I'm not sure what they put in their quinoa to make it so tasty but it is delicious! The lemon or lime in the aji suace just goes so well everything in your container. Also, the patty is fried, not baked, so I think that's what makes it even more flavorful.They have other vegan options here like the Quinoa Pilaf, but they also offer sandwiches such as the La Royal, Chan-Chan, and plate dishes such as the Lomo Satado, Tallarin Verde, or Ceviche.Would totally eat here again!

Amazingggg, Karla is fantastic I reached out to her to do an event for my employees she was able to serve 30-40 in about 35 minutes a la carte menu. Everything was delicious authentic flavors with organic vegetables and good sizeportions. The seafood tallarin saltado is highly recommended! Great experience and look forward to booking Mikhuna again.

This place consistently provides top notch food, and is a unique gem in a sea of mediocre food trucks.The tastes here are spicy and fresh. The Tumi Salad is delicious and bursting with flavors. The Lomo Saltado is a divine treat - tasty tender beef cubes with french fries, garlicky rice and onions and oh my, that sauce. Yucca fries are not my favorite, but here, they are good. Friendly service as well. Don't hesitate, eat here!!

First off, shout out to the lady boss chef owner - she provided the most friendly enthusiastic service! :DNow onto the food experience ... I was very pleased Mikhuna has an entire section on their menu dedicated to vegan options (my only wish is that they offer a delicious vegan soup as well). I ended up ordering the Saltado de Vegetales. The portion size was good so I felt fulfilled after and the veggies tasted really fresh and were cooked just right (not overcooked!); the combination of garlic rice & fries was new to me and blended nicely mixed in with the sauce from the sauteed vegetables. All in all it was a delicious culinary experience and I look forward to trying more off their menu.

I was tasked with finding a food truck to come to our office for an employee appreciation lunch. I wound up (luckily) coming across Mikhuna on yelp. They have several vegan/vegetarian options which ultimately made me choose them. I spoke to Karla the owner over the phone several times to plan our lunch. She is so sweet and friendly! On the day of the event they rolled in and were ready to go in no time. Karla's dad stood outside the truck taking orders and helping with the menu. Even the pickiest eaters found something they could try and I was excited to try the vegetarian menu. Everyone LOVED the food and I got a lot of compliments!! I was so pleased with their menu, service, and delicious food. Thank you so much for making me look good to the boss Karla :)

If you're willing to wait 40 mins to over an hour and have them give someone else your food, by all means try them. Literally everyone who ordered, had to wait 40 mins to an hour. Ordering online didnt make a difference. People were so tired of waiting that when they were given the wrong meal, they took it anyway just so they could get out of there. The food is good, but not worth waiting over an hour for. I paid with a card or else I would've asked for my money back. It took everything in me not to warn others about the wait.
