Meet Fresh

Really solid spot! Went here after lunch with some friends and it was so good. The service was pretty quick after ordering through the kiosks so that was good :) Even though it was on the quieter side inside, the place is fairly big so even if my group was a bit louder, it didn't feel like it! I got the Strawberry Passionfruit Green Tea + added some lychee jelly and it was super refreshing! I like tart drinks so I was very happy lol. Our group also got the mochi milk shaved ice! Very tasty, really big portion and was enough for like 6 of us!

I never choose to come here but when my friends are around Cerritos they often wanna meetup here just because it is a good big place with a lot of choices....There really is only one thing I ever get here and it's always the Grass Jelly Ice no other things mixed with it....I can't go wrong with it and they better not since it is the simplest thing you can make....The place is not bad a lot of seating and never overly noisy....the tables aren't always clean though....as their employees rarely leave the back area.....The other thing that sucks is they seemed to have fully moved to a kiosk ordering system only....they don't seem to talk much to you as well unless you go up and ask for something....Anyhow after getting used to everything and the system there I guess it's okay.

This place always hits the spot for dessert. The desserts are unique. I try something different every time. And I seem to gravitate towards the hot signature desserts.With red beans, jelly, taro, different things, you can add to it. But I like just how they prepare it. You can't go wrong on any of the desserts. They're all very tasty. I've been going here a long time, and i've never had anything I didn't like. It's a nice place to hang out at. There's lots of parking nice ambience great dessert place. Glad to have it here in cerritos.

I think this is a fantastic dessert spot. Plus this plaza has ayce sushi, donuts, and hot pot. There a lot of places to grab a meal and then come here for dessert after. Meet fresh does get very busy sometimes so the wait can get horrendous at times. This is an area where they can do better. They have a lot of seating. Potentially a good place to do some work or study if you need an alternative to a cafe. The desserts I've gotten here have always been solid quality and delicious. Overall I would recommend, and if you come during off hours, there will be no line.

We are here twice a month on average. Love the variety of hot and cold desserts. Gets pretty crowded on the weekends.

Overall.... I would have to rate the experience a 2/5 stars...I had really high expectations as a lot of people have mentioned this dessert spot! Everything we ordered tasted ... below average and very bland. The jelly signature menus creamer was just packaged 2 half and half creamer that we had to put on our dessert. I was looking forward to this dessert, but very let down :(However, the seating here is AMAZING!! Would definitely recommend coming here with a larger group of friends, or if you need some place to study.

Meet Fresh is a great spot to get some quality desserts that aren't super sweet, but still very flavorful and refreshing. I always go for the Signature Icy Grass Jelly, it's a dessert that doesn't feel too heavy at all and not too sweet, even with the condensed milk. This place is usually pretty busy, but with a lot of space you can usually find a place to sit. It can get a little noisy though if you're trying to converse, but still a nice place to hang out.

I love Meet Fresh. A perfect place to go to for desserts and snacks. Meet Fresh offers a variety of Taiwanese desserts ranging from ice jelly bowls, boba, bubble waffles and more. I usually get their wintermelon milk tea with boba and an icey jello bowl. The wintermelon milk tea is good. nothing special, just your average wintermelon milk teas but i'm a sucker for a good wintermelon milk tea even if it taste the same everywhere. The icey jelly bowl is filled with grass jelly, potato and taro mochi balls, shaved ice with what i believe is brown sugar syrup, and i always add a vanilla ice cream. Service is great but also not much of an experience. you just order with a tablet and the worker calls your number. there's a lot of tables at this location and tables for bigger parties. they have a nice modern design to it, however sometimes you can find the place a little dirty sometimes because i think the people making the desserts are the same ones that clean the place and it can get really busy so it's understandable. Meet Fresh will always be one of my dessert fixations.

I stopped by Meet Fresh on my birthday (11/11) around 2:30 PM to treat myself to dessert after a long week. I ordered two drinks (one to take home for my husband), a hot tofu boba pudding with rice balls, and an original waffle. Since the system didn't let me choose which items were to-go, I marked the order as dine-in. When the food came, I noticed the egg waffle was wrapped in parchment paper instead of a box, which was surprising because I remember they used to come in a box.I went up to the counter and asked for a box, and that's when things got frustrating. The Asian girl working there paused, gave me a weird look, and told me she can't give me one because they charge 50 cents for boxes. I said I didn't mind paying and even took out my wallet to grab 50 cents. A Hispanic guy behind the counter kindly grabbed a box, but she stopped him and told him (in front of me) that they charge for it and he couldn't give it to me. It was so unnecessary. I told her I'd pay a dollar if it was that serious, and after all that, she just handed me the box and said, "It's okay." Then she added that they don't take cash anyway.Why make something so simple so complicated? The whole experience ruined my mood. I ended up losing my appetite, didn't finish my tofu pudding, and left early. If charging for a box is such a big deal, it would've helped if they explained it upfront or added an option to pay for it at the kiosk when ordering.On a positive note, the Hispanic guy deserves a raise for actually trying to help. He showed great customer service, unlike the other employee. This place seriously needs to work on training staff to communicate better and treat customers with more respect. Small interactions like this can make or break an experience, and unfortunately, this one ruined mine.The desserts are great, but the service? Not so much.
