Max's Baked Goods

The bread here at Max's is DELICIOUS! I've never had Pan Dulce this fresh and soft before, and we went there LATE in the afternoon too! They also have the BEST Flan/custard I've eaten to date, sweet and the caramel didn't taste BURNED! Device was wonderful, all my questions about their wares were answered ! If you haven't tried the Pan Dulce and flan at Max's, YOU NEED TO! We drove all the way from Laguna to try them and were NOT disappointed!

Probably the best concha I've ever had! It was so fresh, soft, buttery, and just melts in your mouth! Wish I would have bought more when we stopped! We did go back a few days later, before leaving town, but they had a sign posted that they were closed.

Really fresh and soft! Got a marranito, ojo de buey (maybe? It had a puff pastry type border), and a sugar cookie. All were perfect, not at all dry, and not too sweet - even the sugar cookie! I really wanted a niño envuelto (my favorite) but they didn't have any. The cashier said they do on Wednesday!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. There are days when they don't have much of a variety. One thing for sure, you will always walk out of there with fluffy melt in your mouth fresh baked bread. Mondays/ Wednesdays & Fridays they have bolillo (rolls) my favorite

The best conchas here! They're delicious and the bread is so soft. The owners are super sweet.

I have never been a fan of pan dulce but let me tell you when I took the first bite of my white concha I was stunned it just tasted so dang delicious and now I crave it often! Im looking forward to ordering a cake soon! Don't miss out on this panaderia!

This is my first ever Yelp review! But this place was so worthy! It is phenomenal! Pan con cafe was a staple in my Hispanic household and brings back so many memories. The pan dulce is always fresh and so so yummy! Highly recommend it!

I have to say that this is my favorite local panadería. I'm a sucker for concha's and let me tell you i have tried many and they usually are not to par. They tend to have a very hard texture in other locations. For some reason Max's Baked Goods has perfected the softest concha. My favorite is the Yellow concha. And you have to try the rest of the pan, just as delicious! Very friendly staff!

Facility is super new and modern. Wish they have bolillos. I tried the croissant and pineapple filled pastry and they were ok.Don't recommend the flan ($2). Tasted of artificial flavor and high handed use of sugar and syrup.

The best in town! Soft, fresh, and flavorful bread. A modern, clean, and customer-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!
