Mariscos La Paz

My family used to love coming here for their pulpo enamorado. I went over to purchase 3 tostadas de pulpo enamorado last week. This is the portion they gave me for 3 tostadas. The total was $34 plus tax. It is way too expensive for such a small portion. Don't waste your money. The flavor is not the same.

One thing about La Paz is the consistent flavor. I can go get my favorite asada tacos and they will always taste as good as when I was a kid. Ceviche is pretty good and fresh. Oysters are fresh as well. The fish tacos are stacked! Service is not bad, but the service is not what I come for, its the nostalgia. Its a very chill place to have a beer n some tacos or tostadas any day of the week.

Horrible customer service. Shrimp cocktail is watered down. They take a long time to give you your order. Guacamole tastes like shrimp/fish food is tainted I'm assuming utensils are not cleaned well or they use same utensils with fish. Guacamole was horrible. This place is a skip in my book.

This place lost its touch. Horrible service. Now I know why it's always empty. Deff ain't coming here no more.

The food was delicious and the prices are reasonable the employees are okay......but the waiting sucks.....the ambiance is pretty nice.

When you think of Wilmington you don't think of good food. But let me tell you that this industrial city has some good chow. Starting off with mariscos la Paz. They have an amazing 7 mares caldo that is perfect to the hangover or nippy weather. They also have an amazing shrimp burrito and some fresh ceviche. And the lengua is definitely top notch and melts in your mouth. Come try this amazing mom and pop restaurant.

It took an hr to get food. The worse shrimp cocktail I've ever had. It was basically shrimp in a tomato soup.

Bad service food didn't come on time and this place is really dirty, I had hair in my food DONT RECOMMEND AT ALLL!!!!

I have gone a few times and though the food is good I think it's overpriced. I've also noticed who I think is the owner, treat her employees very bad. Customers come back for the service and the food but when you also see the workers getting treated bad, you feel sorry for them and makes you not want to come back

Good Food. I love the Breaded fish and Shrimp tacos. Unfortunately I don't go too often due to the Slow and non approachable customer service. When the lady owner is there, it's Even WORSE. She's really rude and really pushy. I remember there was another lady there that had worked for them for years ( too bad I never got her name) She was nice, efficient and fast paced. I dread ordering by phone because 75% of the time they get my order wrong.
