Mariscos Don Monchis

Food was great. The service was great. The location needs better parking but you can't beat having a liquor store next door and having a strip club on the other side. The owners knew what they were doing lol.

This place went downhill fast. Don't even bother going here, it's far away from everything and not worth the drive, especially if you are not in the area.Myself, my pregnant wife, and toddler patiently waiter over an hour to sit down. We kept getting passed up by the waitresses so they can sit their friends. I brought it to their attention and they continued to do so. I got annoyed finally and went to the manager. The manager apologized (which I appreciated) and offered to sit us down asap. Too late, I just wanted to let him know that the waitresses were causing me to take my business elsewhere.I take in a lot of out of town visitors either from my personal life or from my work, I took in clientele every chance I took. I will not be doing this anymore due to my experience. The mariscos were good, but not good enough to put up with the service.

This place is really small. We went on a Saturday and the wait was super long. They took long to clean the tables to call more people to sit. I feel like we waited around an hour and a half. Then another 30 minutes for the food. The food was good but the wait was just horrible. I liked the shrimp fries and the tostada de ceviche. My sister got a plate where you can choose 2 things. Limited menu.

Food is amazing lots of flavor. It is the closest thing you will get too fresh in town I enjoy eating there, aguachiles and cocktails as well. They also have good fish, Tacos, waitresses, vibes are amazing as well. They play good music while you are eating. Service overall is amazing as well.

Seafood place with limited menu items , not that menu choices , most 90% items are cold served ( nothing wrong on seafood) but grill items will help to have more choices , space is very small but serves its purpose, staff is friendly , and the biggest question was ... what's up with this aguas frescas , totally not frescas ....

Amazing fresh Mariscos.. You can not honestly go wrong with anything on the menu .. I can't wait to go back

Delicious food and very friendly service always! We were greeted right away and didn't wait too long on a Sunday afternoon. They had the games playing on all the TVs so the guys aren't missing anything.

Food is great service is ok!It gets really hot but over good prices music n food.Place is nice atmosphere is nice Parking is spacious.

Absolutely love it here! Food is fresh and so flavorful, all the workers and service people are extremely friendly, and the ambiance is fun music is always playing and vibes are always good. This is one of my favorite mariscos spots.

I came to Monchis to order a shrimp ceviche tostada to take away (as usual since I go there often) but lately I have noticed that the quality of the food is not the same; The cucumber was soggy, it had a sour taste and it carried over into the rest of the food, also the amount of the portion they give is much less than before and it has less shrimp, I am very disappointed. quality is not the same anymore.
