Stopped by Manny's Tacos food truck in Long Beach, and was overall disappointed in the meal. I ordered the 3 for $10 fish tacos, and unfortunately they looked nothing like the photo shown on the truck. The fish was fried, rather than grilled, and missing fresh corn salsa and limes. There was also a $1 service charge for credit card. However the woman serving aguas frescas was extremely nice, and even offered samples of all the flavors before choosing which to go with.

A staple for many of us that live in the area. Good truck tacos and many other favorites. We stopped there for dinner after a night at the Los Alamitos races.Only downside is there isn't a condiment bar anymore. The peppers, salsa, radishes are all packaged inside the truck. Ended up with a few unused packages that were tossed out.

Taco meat was dry. Dont recommend the Nachos either the cheese was not actually cheese. The sauce was mostly water. To top it off the owner turned off the lights on me and my family when we were sitting down not even halfway into eating it said they were closing in 35 minutes..

Horrible customer service. Businesses, whether they are taco trucks, brick and mortar businesses, whatever the case should not hire people who are disgruntled have attitudes, or don't feel like communicating effectively, or in a pleasant manner. This is a customer service-based review I was actually buying food for a homeless gentleman, and whoever the heavyset Hispanic gentleman was, I was working there today didn't want to be there is my assumption, and if that's the case, then someone else work.

I was in my office and a hunger pang hit. I was tired of bfast bars, the donuts from earlier in the week, and wanted to pass on the café downstairs. Manny's truck was outside, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. In addition to tacos, Manny's offers burritos, tortas, nachos and other assorted fair. I opted for a carnitas taco & chicken taco ($1.50/each). The tacos were OK. They were seasoned nicely, and they stayed warm during the elevator ride to the 5th Floor. However, the meat was dry: 3 Stars.One nice aspect is they offer fresh cucumbers & radishes on the side. I didn't see carrots & peppers, that is the norm: 3 Stars.All in all, a decent experience for a truck. However, bfast burritos are $7, that IMHO are pricey for truck food.

Great carne asada. Grilled steak over mesquite charcoal with the right toppings. Each taco is only $1.50 and they are great quality. Definitely a good spot for comfort food on the go. The carne asada is tender and not dry.

I got handful of tacos and burrito. The meat was dry, old, and didn't look appetizing. My sister barely took half a bite of each of her tacos and wasn't feeling it. When I reached over to try her meat, I noticed that the meat tasted SPOILED. Literally had both of us in the bathroom throwing up right after. We used to frequent here all the time, but the quality of the food has gone down!!

Poor quality food. I'd compare their Asada on the same level as del taco. It is an easy skip from me. Save your money and go to a better Mexican spot that cares about the meat they are serving.
