Tonight I wanted to try Mandarin Kitchen's new owner and food, since my last experience wasn't so good. The takeout food was ready on time and my family thought the food was better, cleaner and so oily. Much better tonight!Thank you for the improvements!

It's really a shame that I have to give this awful place one star. I placed an order for delivery and without question, it was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour. The veggie egg rolls were gross. Crispy on the outside, soggy on the inside and absolutely no flavor. They were obviously fried in rancid oil. The foil wrapped chicken should have been called foil wrapped rubber bands. Everything was completely flavorless. Even the fried noodles were stale. I won't ever order from here again and do yourself a favor and don't order from here. It was a complete waste of money.

This is a really solid Chinese takeout spot. Everything is basically an elevated more homey tasting version of what you may expect from a more common Chinese place. Generous portions and very fresh tasting. Highly recommend.

Everything about this Chinese place is perfect I've been coming here for months now since I made the move to Torrance and there's not anyone else I'd depend on for food while I'm working that's super quick healthy and cheap!!!

Wow. Unfortunately, I have to give a lousy review today for my wife's order at the humble Mandarin Kitchen. What is with the wait time being out of frickin order... My wife was so pissed off when she got home. Walk in's getting their food before a phone order? Then the black bean fish dish became a black bean pepper and onions dish. What happened to the fish? Shortage? Beef and broccoli and chow fun were fine. Please get your act together.

The Chinese food here is the best. I drive from a couple of cities over to come to this place. It's the best tasting Chinese food around for sure.

We love mandarin kitchen! And have been ordering take out from here for years. We loved their orange chicken. Recently, they have changed their orange chicken recipe and it's just not good. The chicken is over fried and the sauce is too sweet. Please go back to using the old recipe. We've tried it a handful of times now and are always disappointed. We even tried other variations (lemon chicken and sesame chicken) and all lack luster. :( Beef broccoli and spicy eggplant are still great! :)

Oh my gosh disgusting. $70.00 in food to throw away my family of 6 not ones of us would eat it all trash. Chow mein is water logged spaghetti noodles. I hope they go out of business soon and it gets replaced with edible Chinese food.
