Mamma's Sushi & Shabu

Pretty bad quality food, workers and employees are pleasant, just not the food. I got the chicken teriyaki and it's like flat dry chicken, just dosent look very appetizing.

I wasn't sure what to expect of mamma's sushi in the middle of an average looking shopping center but I loved it! It's a nice, spacious, clean but comfortable interior (your average good sushi restaurant). The rolls are great-- super fresh and filling. We got takoyaki and gyoza for appetizers and both were delicious. My favorite is probably the baked salmon roll. Good prices for the rolls, $8 for a basic roll and $14 for the specialty rolls. I also loved the cute boat dishes that the appetizers come in! The service is pretty fast and attentive to customers. Mamma's sushi made for a great girls night and I'm lookin forward to trying their shabu!

What an amazing sushi place! So you'd never think you can find affordable good sushi but this place will prove you wrong. With some of the best quality sushi for an actually affordable price! You can not go wrong! Service is really good so make sure to leave a nice tip. The environment is very family & home like. 10/10 can't wait to come again .

Food: 5/5 FOOD was GREEEEEEAAAAT! Very tasty. No fish smell. A lot of variety. It was all reasonably priced. Service: 4/5 only reasoning for this is that we had to go get our check. It was a very busy Friday night. Friendly service. Our server remembered everything. Ambiance: 5/5 clean establishment. Not a quiet place. But who wants quiet? This can be a place for date night or a gathering. We were celebrating a birthday. Group of 7We had been wanting to come here for a while. Glad we came. We will be coming back. There is sufficient parking. If you like to shop there is a Ross next door. Area feels safe. It's very easy to stay over two hours when you're having fun. This was a great fun place

Good sushi and soup. The ambiance is just ok especially if you have to sit in the middle right by the door. The service is friendly but can be very slow at times so bring your patience.

Was looking for a local sushi spot near by new place and I think I found the place. Overall the sushi was great and was packed with flavor. Waiters were super attentive and was asked by different servers if I needed anything else. So service was great! Was pretty shocked that there was top sides : one side of the restaurant for sushi and the other side to enjoy some shabu ! 10/10 would be defs come back

Mamas is my local sushi place it's good I come here because it's much better than the ayce place down on south. I get it to go it might be better in person. The service is always polite and they never mess up on our orders.

One of my favorite sushi spots in Lakewood! Prices are good and atmosphere is laid back.
