GREAT place to buy your meat's always good vibes clean and best quality in meats been there

First time, possibly last time customer. My son bought a car from next door so I went to Maloney's for dinner fixings. First of all, the marinated chicken thighs were 20 stars. Customer service was a weak 3 stars. We walked in, 2 people ahead of us, another lady came in and went to Cornish hen line. 5 workers roaming behind the counter plus a cashier. It took me 15-20 minutes to get 2 lbs of chicken. There was Plenty of meat already in the display case. Nobody was even waiting on the 2 people in front of us. Now I understand why, during last years Covid crisis people were complaining about the service here. I wanted a long time and I was already in the door! IMO, it was an unnecessary waste of time to come here. Plenty of other Mom n Pop shops to go to.

I went today waiting one hour. They have the slowest customer service ever. Plenty of workers but not well organized. I've been coming here for many years and sadly it seems since Covid-19 their service has became terrible. They do not even try to speed things up. It's unfortunate that I definitely won't be going there anymore.

Everyone goes for cordonices!There was a long line because they hadn't received their shipment but as soon as they did they got everyone out quickly !

The wait is definitely worth it. I like to go early mornings because there is less of a wait. Not only do they have a great meat selection, they also have so much cheese! My favorite is the pastor prepared meat!!! The best. Tender and flavorful. I recently tried their carne asada and OMG, I couldn't believe how good it was, aside from the amazing flavor, it was sooooo tender, not chewy AT ALL. All the people here are so kind too, they always help with a smile.Prices: yes a bit on the higher price but I pay for quality not quantity. Been to other places where it's really cheap but the quality is just not there.

This place is excellent always get my Ribeyes here flavors so good no A1 sauce needed I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed in the quality is outstanding

The meat quality is average, used to be better when the boss was managing this place. Now they have taken this beloved meat market to the worst ever. Customer service is non existence, workers don't have any manners or courtesy. They have no sense of appreciation to their customers or their time. Lines outside could last for hours. How is this possible???I have been a loyal customer for years but I think is time to look for another place.Sorry Mr . Maloney, your legacy and hard work has been destroyed by the current management and employees.

Tengo muchos años viniendo a comprar la carne a qui pues la calidad no se discute pero el servicio cada ves es peor ya termino la pandemia y todavía hay que hacer linea afuera hay muchos carniceros pero solo dan vueltas y no atienden en pleno sol tiene uno que hacer linea hasta de una hora espero los dueños estén mas al pendiente y atiendan las quejas

Had a terrible experience. After my mom and I have been customers for 25 years they disrespected her.They belatedly told her that they didn't like to help her. We have been faithful customers for decades and the honestly lost a customer. I called to a complain to the owner and they told me they didn't know when she came or know her name. The person who answered was Andres. He even hung up on me. My mom told them she wanted a cut and they said we don't like to help you. I'm sorry but we aren't there to beg for goods we are paying customers. How dare they disrespect a loyal and elderly woman. I'm in utter shock and upset. Never anyone in my family will be going back there again.
