Luis Market makes the BEST pico de gallo & tortilla chips. During my cravings or a bad day, I have to come on the way home from work to pick up a bag of their tortilla chips and salsa. It's also a big crow pleaser so we always have it for all of our parties. The staff is always friendly and smiling; very welcoming.

Great market. Meats are great. Had the carne asada, Al pastor, pollo, and chorizo. The chips are fresh and crunchy. The salsas are fresh. Love the habanero. The staff is very friendly. I'll stick to this market.

The carne asada and marinated chicken are delicious. Grab the bagchips and toasted red salsa too! Always a family favorite when we do a backyard bbq.

Great service at the meat counter. Luis will go above and beyond to get you what you want and will special order anything that he doesn't normally stock in his cooler. I appreciate that type of service, which is hard to find.

Very disappointed, was recommended to Luis's meat market from a coworker. We hired him for our tennis banquet at Mayfair high school for 40 people and we did not have enough food for everybody. We ran out of meat before a some people who came late could even eat. In the past with other taco catering , not only do we have more than enough food to feed everybody, but we usually have a lot of food extra. This was definitely not the case. I was sad for the people who got charged for the banquet and were unable to eat.

Hired Luis' taco truck for my daughter's baby shower. He arrived on time, food was amazing. A big hit with our guests. Thank you!!!

Tried it for the first time after multiple recommendations. Meat was flavorful and tender. I bought marinated carne asada and marinated beef short ribs. Both exceeded my expectations. Each were the perfect thickness. Also bought a red salsa. This was very spicy but delicious. Great because the red salsa feels like you can have it with chips and it's perfect in tacos.

Got 3lbs marinated asada & it was a few days expired. Tasted like it was going bad had to throw it in the trash. $55 dollars down the drain. Usually they have good asada but it is expensive.

Honestly, never been treated bad when coming in here. Luis is a decent guy and his staff has not been anything but helpful. Not a fan of his son's market in Downey. Really enjoy the marinated chicken and carne asada. Asada is a bit expensive, but difficult to match the flavor. The meat is consistent. The chicken has a bit more dark meat than I like, but it makes my wife happy. The tasajo is next level. It's basically ruined me for normal carne asada considering it's similarly priced. Salsa is really good. Enjoy the salsa verde especially. Give it a shot in Downey Bellfower Cerritos area.
