You order at the counter then pick it up. Food was very good. Clean place. Lots of seating. We will return.

I haven't been here in ages. This isn't the usual location that I go to but I figured it would be the same. Wrong. The chili cheese fries use to be Not sure if it was because we went to a different location or not. We usually order to go so the cheese is nice and melty when it's time to eat them. The cheese didn't melt. The chili wasn't good. The fries weren't cooked all the way either. The sauce on the crunchy beef taco, you guessed it... terrible. The avocado burger was good so I still have a little faith in the place. Super bummed that the rest of the food was below average. Hopefully they go back to the original recipe.

Chili cheese fries were solid. Good flavor on the chili and the cheese was plenty.Pastrami, on the other hand, was not great. They do pack a lot of meat into the sandwich, but portions were on the saltier side and some of it was dry.And that 4% credit card surcharge brought the total to around $27 for just the sandwich and the fries, so it's definitely not cheap eats out here. Staff was polite and the signage pointed to the surcharge, so it wasn't a surprise. And the place was nice and clean. I'd come back, but strictly for the chili cheese fries.

This used to be a place to go for good food. Now the food is hit or miss. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. The eggs were brown and the lettuce was wilted. The cooks no longer take pride in the food they send out. This will be my last time going. There are to many misses for the price. I have food at home and will start cooking it.

Stopped in for a quick bit after workout. I shared the mushroom burger and zucchini fries with some friends. It was delicious.

Great late night craving for breakfast burrito and fried zucchini. Only wish they offer more breakfast options late-night.

Louis Burgers is the classic diner you go to with friends when you're looking for a comforting meal. The chicken quesadilla is amazing, hence why I couldn't wait to eat before taking a photo For $10, you get such a large portion that you can definitely share with someone.The chicken tenders were a bit pale and didn't taste as good as we remember. The onion rings are large and crispy and delicious!The portions you have get are very big for the price. Highly recommend!

Glad they hired a polite employee for the drive thru. She was patient and made sure our large order was correct. Food quality the same but portions on the zucchini fries have shrunk.

We were craving a pastrami sandwich and were in the South Bay Area. Googled where to go and remembered that there is Louis Burgers. Nice burger joint with lots of choices. Portions were huge (ordered onion rings also). Tried to get chili cheese fries and requested that the chili cheese be separated from the fries so that the fries wouldn't get soggy and were told that they couldn't accommodate this request. They also charge a 4% surcharge for credit cards which stinks. Pastrami was delish - (too much pastrami for me), but the bread got soggy quickly. Pretty solid place, but unfortunately like other places, seems on the expensive side.

My go-to for zucchini fries! The portions are HUGE! The chili cheese fries, breakfast burritos and pastrami sandwiches are good too. Drive thru and dine in available. You can also call in your order. If the total is over $40, a payment needs to be made over the phone. Tip: Bring cash! There is a 4% service fee for credit/debit transactions.
