I really love the ambiance of the old fashioned potentially touristy kitschy Chinese traditional restaurant the whole time. And the booths upholstery are comfortable. And the food I think is getting better with time, too? Because I just had a meal nearing three o'clock in the afternoon and the noodles and rice were warm and the chicken was hot. I had sweet and spicy chicken wings in chili sauce with a half and half mein noodles with fried rice Combo 1, meaning one entree. Now $8.99 plus tax. I usually for a couple of years had Combo 2 with two entrees, now $9.99 plus tax, or the rare soup having times. Soups are about $12 too. But this year I usually have a $7 bowl special here which is usually half jalapeno chicken (crispy) with half mushroom chicken (saucy). The people who work there are always so nice to me. So my love for Louie's Chinese Food #2 has just grown with time. And their chicken is good where today's was mad amazing so they get a five. The best Chinese food place in San Pedro. The lady is very nice that serves you . Doesn't skimp you out on your food either. You get the right amount. The inside of the restaurant is also kept clean.

This place is a sweet deal ! Try the chicken wings . My favorite.They have some good prices and friendly staff that give you that oh so good feeling! All is well here . You can eat in .Plenty of soy spice and hot sauce . The only reason this review is four stars is cause me and my girl ordered the plates and the worker said that the debit machine wasn't working . The only problem was we didn't have cash so we had to go elsewhere.Then I was like I'll come back and give them another go and the cook was like talking aggressively, but I couldn't understand what he was saying . The it occurred to me that he was talking smack cause we had walked out in those plates they made last time! It wasn't my fault that the internet wasn't working in this establishment but at any rate kudos to this establishment. Thank you

The service was great. The food was t that great. The egg rolls were yummy. The chow me in was simple but tasty. The bbq pork was lacking flavor. I did like seeing all the booths they had to sit down.

Still one of my favorite places in San Pedro! Their soups to-go are among some of the BEST in San Pedro! Extremely FRESH and FLAVORFUL!

First time here definitely be my last .what a waste of $10 For a two item combo that taste blan no flavor whatsoever got the chow mein taste dry no flavor and look like it was a day old. Orange chicken was way too crispy and they give you nothing but batter no chicken at all what a disappointment. End up taking a couple bites and threw everything away. Save your money stay away from here.

I was eating my shrimp chow mein and as I was eating my food I felt something hard in my mouth! It was someone's fingernail!!!!!!! This is extremely gross! I called the lady and told her what happened and she told me nobody did that!!! DONT EAT FROM THEM!! SOOOO PISSED!!

The food is pretty good, but the lady that serves you is now a bit stingy, I've had to ask a couple of times for either more rice or noodles cause she will just serve a small amount. I think it depends on who she helps cause I've seen her serve bigger portions to my friend lol. Not cool. The older lady is way better and will not "measure" the amount you are served.
