Delicious Chinese food! The customer service was great too! I love that make everyone wait outside for their food because the space is tiny. It's hard to find a good Chinese spot, it's literally a hit Or miss. Super affordable!

Very EXTREMELY rude!!! The older people (which I assumed this is a family restaurant) were so nice and pleasant but the younger girls were not nice at all!! We decided to sit down at the table while waiting for the food and the girl with I believe butterfly tattoos came up to us mad saying we should've said dine in for service fee. Which yes is understandable but she was being really rude and unprofessional about it. She even rolled her eyes and raised her voice. When she walked away the older worker came to us and apologized. Then we over hear her at the food station talking to the other you get girls complaining and talking sh!t about us and what happened. That was very unprofessional of her and I will never come back here ever again. My boyfriend's family and I have been coming here for a while and it's sad to see how rude those girls are. If they were gonna complain and cuss about it they should've went to a break room to say it instead in front of others. Other than that the food was alright and the food was really packed but I have had better chinese food

Louies is not what it useto be. The food is terrible. Rice is hard almost as if its old. Food is not fresh. Portions are big. The service is terrible everyone is in a bad mood there. They charge you 10% of service charge and the service is terrible. I don't mind paying but if I felt it was too much to have to pay $55.69 for 2 regular plates and 1 soda.She said its + a service charge. The ambiance is depressing everyone seems miserable being there. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. They really need to work on their food and customer servuce.

First time here. I love good Chinese food. This one I couldn't finish. I threw 1/2 away. They do give a lot of food. If you want big quantity to get full, come here. The gentleman behind the counter was rushing to get customers out quickly.....get your food order and go service. Probably why the tip jar is empty.

Best buck a scoop Chinese deli in the South Bay. If you have one close to you, you know what I mean. And although they have a big variety of pre-made in the steam tray, they have some really good made to order items. The fish and vegetables soup is stellar. The bbq pork, fried chicken wings all off the hook. Go here, eat bbq pork!!

Have not been to louie's for awhile now I know why customer service poor. Got all rice no flavor at in the rice plus cheap on the rice ! Spice chicken was not spice and hardly any vegetables in it ! Pepper chicken dry pieces to big to much coating ! Only decent thing thier egg rolls
