If only there was a minus star option. Ok let me start of by saying this place had decent reviews so I was looking forward to a good experience at Los Tres Garcias. I arrive at about 11:15 pm. I ask the gentleman at the register if he could make sure my burrito was juicy. He replies with "there's not much I can do". Ok I can understand that. I ask if they can add cheese he says 1 dollar more. Ok that's a little high for some cheese, but I say "let's do it"! I get my burrito and it's out fast I take two bites to realize that there is no cheese! I kindly let the gentleman at the register know they forgot my cheese. No apology just let me see your burrito. Ok I'm assuming they are gonna give me a new one which would be the right thing to do. Of course that's not what happened. Instead I get cold cheese thrown in the burrito that ruined the whole experience cause let's be honest the whole point of ordering cheese in your burrito is so it's melted. Instead I get the same burrito not reheated mind you which would have made things a little better, but no they took through this sloppy mess back at me with attitude. You can see the burrito on the bottom of this review. Small businesses need to realize at this day and age customer service is vital and every business big or small thrives on it. Especially with social media driving the industry the way it does now. I hope to hear from management or owner, an apology would go a long way in regards to this matter!

The food truck has been stationed in the parking lot of the carwash for some time. (corner of Newport and Anaheim in LB) I have tried their tacos a little over a year ago. I recently made my way there again and noticed they had a new set up. They do the cooking outside where you can see all the cooking being done in front of you. This offered me the opportunity to see all the meats they offer. Before all you saw was the cooks up high above in their food truck, but now it's all there for you to see. This of course caused me to want to sample more meats. The asada was better than I remembered, the Al pastor was yummy and their tripe was bomb com! You can order to go or eat your food right then and there. FYI: CASH ONLYWorth braving the rain for them tacos!

This taco truck popped up on this corner recently and the community has gone wild for these tacos! I'm not sure why there aren't any more reviews for this place, but be assured that this place will not disappoint your taste buds! They provide plenty of options for toppings available to you at the salsa bar, and all of them were an amazing addition to my tacos! Parking is a little tight in this small lot where they park, but parking farther and walking over wasn't much of an issue for us. Prices were reasonable, and this location is very central to many communities in Long Beach, so I will for sure be returning here if they continue to stay in Long Beach. They used to be in Compton and Paramount, so hopefully Long Beach brings them enough business to stay over here.

Probably the best Al Pastor tacos in Long Beach. Sure they have all the usual fillings, check the menu photo. Their salsas are bomb, the onions have both Serrano Chiles, and sliced Habaneros- excellent! This place gets a line going at dinner and for late night. There are a few tables next to the truck for "dining". Be sure to grab plenty of napkins, these tacos can get messy. If you find yourself on Anaheim street, and you love tacos, don't miss it, it's 100% legit.

My husband and I have eaten here two times now. I'm sad to say, we won't be back. Here's why: We have only tried the tacos, -carne asada: meat was dry-al pastor: just ok-tripas (intestines) are delicious!!! BUT!!!When I had the tripas taco, unfortunately I had gunk in it like they didnt clean the intestines well enough. It was like eating an oyster filled with dirt! The crunchy nasty chalk sound in my mouth and grinding through my teeth was horrible! I let it slide because it was really good! The second tripas taco on that same plate I hoped would be better, nope, more bits of gunk! The next day, my husband asked me if I wanted to give it another shot. Sure, ok... He comes home with the tripas tacos, yuck more bites of gunk! The instestine flavor is there and great but the gunk included, no thanks. We will not be back.

I'm water-still-dripping-from-my-hair-out-the-shower-from-the-gym-at-night-hungry. I figure a taco can hold me over until I finish cooking dinner. The tacos are very tasty (son muy sabroso) and filling. The toppings are really good too. I like good spices. I like the spicy-tingling sensation on my lips from the spicy toppings. The customer service is very efficient--very good, and the prices are decent.

Two key words: GOOD and CHEAP6 tacos will run you about $7 (CASH ONLY) which is better than almost any other taco Tuesday deal you will find nowadays and those are their regular prices. They set up in the evenings in the far end of the carwash lot off Anaheim between the El Pollo Loco and Valvoline (Newport and Loma streets near Redondo). You basically park wherever in that lot and walk over.Business must be booming because instead of ordering from the truck they set up a grill outside and you just follow down the production line and your order gets made in front of you. They increased the amount of (super cheap) plastic tables and stools and hung up some christmas lights so it gives off this night market vibe. Also love that they stay open so late. I always opt for the pastor and my husband gets cabeza. They aren't the best tacos we've ever had, but with their salsas and toppings they are a decent fix, especially for the price and convenience in location.

As a Latina who loves Baja tacos when in Mexico this place brings fond memories. The seating is not the best, four square folding tables and no- back plastic for chairs, but people eat quickly and a table is ready for the next patron in no time. Fellow people are always willing to share their table and extra seats with you. I'm not giving a 5 stars for cosmetic, but rather for the price and quality. I recommend it, and so does my 10 year old son. He wanted to chime in to this review: "Whenever you want a fast food truck with the best and cheap tacos it's the spot for you." - my son

Pretty good food truck that's right near our house. I like to order the Pastor tacos and mulitas. The Carne Asada burrito isn't bad too! Don't forget to ask for grilled onions on the side, Yum
