Food was okay. Not bad and not great. Burritos are $10.00 and tacos $2.00 each. They have a green, red and avocado salsa. They do not garnish but have garnish available. Don't forget to grab some.

It was taco Tuesday. But this truck doesn't have any specials. Ordered two Al pastor tacos ($2.50 each), tacos were cold. Did not come with any pineapple. They have a spit but the meat was probably already pre cut and served from inside the truck. Really wanted to like the tacos since it's close to my home but it's better when you've been drinking all night.

I really miss cheap tacos in L.A! I got 4 giant juicy tacos and a side of consome for $6! Fresh tortillas made in front of you I got 2 al pastor, and 2 birria. This place stays open until 1am!!Los Bros Tacos on Atlantic and Market in Long Beach, Ca los_bros_tacos

Food has maintained consistency for the year I have been coming here. We have gotten their carne asada fries, most of their tacos and carne mulitas. One of our favorite taco trucks and the only reason we keep cash on hand. For the people that complained about their salsas, the green avocado one is delicious - more focused on flavor and not spice.

Damn ... moved to LA from Bay Area and missed my tripas tacos from Taco Jalisco in Vallejo CA. Would go there every time I was in town. 5 years now I've been searching and I finally found a taco truck that serves extra crispy Tripas tacos. Been driving my daughter to her basketball practice 2x a week and passed Los Bros Tacos so many times. I yelped them and saw they had tripas. I have been to maybe 5 other spots in Longbeqch that had tripas tacos and this truck hands down beat all of the other 5 I've tried. Tripas is super crispy which is the only way I eat tripas. Almost like chicharon and the thing I like about SoCal taco tucks is that they let you get your own sides. Onions, cilantro several kinds of salsa. Tacos Los bros is cash only but man I will be taking my wife and kids here every time we're in town. They also bbq their other meats and have some meats on a rotisserie burner. I will try the carne asada next time. But you can't judge this taco truck. Only set back is parking. The truck location is at the corner and at the Shell gas station side parking. We'll worth the hassle. Tripas was cooked on point extra crispy and you can't beat the price of $2 per taco. This is my new go to spot for tripas tacos. Out of 10 I would rate this place 12 out of 10.

Quality has definitely gone down. The homemade corn tortillas were too thick - which reminded me of disproportionate tamales. And the Al pastor tasted reheated and overcooked. Super disappointing. Probably only best on the weekends, not the week days.

Horrible. Idk what recently happened but the food at Los Bros on Junipero is absolutely disgusting. This is the 2nd time in a row the food has been disappointing. The meat is all fat and the tortillas break apart. I once ordered tacos dorados and the tortilla was soggy not even crispy. I also ordered Pastor which tasted expired. I will not be coming back. Time to find a new taco spot.

Worst Taco Pop up I've ever had. Nice looking food truck so we pulled up. Saw the fresh Al pastor on the spit outside so we ordered al pastor burrito and a few tacos, Lengua, birria, and al pastor. First I notice that they didn't cut the al pastor fresh off the spit but didn't question it. While waiting I looked at the "toppings" and was shocked at how roughly cut the radishes and a weird red onion and jalapeño mix that had whole tops of jalapeños in it. Looked like my 5 yr old chopped it up. The al pastor was hard and flavorless like jerky. Could not even taste the achiote. The Lengua was boiled maybe but flavorless again. And the birria was flavorless and dry. Ive always thought its impossible to mess up Mexican food but this proved me wrong. I know they probably just don't care because people like me will stop and waste $26 on whatever they stick in the tortilla but this was beyond bad so I had to say something.
