The only reason this place gets business is due to its proximity to the hospital and lack of competition. More than $16 for 2 small flavored lattes that were badly burned and a kind bar. Overpriced and bad quality. Avoid.

Spent my WHOLE breakfast break waiting for the barista who was moving very slow to make my matcha only for her to finally get to my order, sneeze and blow her nose, NOT wash her hands and then use her bare hands to make my drink and grab my ice. Then she proceeded to wipe her nose on her shirt and make a disgusted face when she looked at her shirt. Threw my drink away the second she handed it to me.

I gave them second chance ?! I regret it ! NEVER AGAIN! LBMMC try another coffee shop!

Terrible service took two bites of their regular begal and had to take it back. They tried to say it was made fresh, it was stale, don't go to this place. I have had week old store bagels that have tasted better. Took it back hoping to exchange and they refused to give me credit. I tried to still patronage business by exchanging for a Danish. They refused they wanted me to pay full price for Danish also. Bad customer service, rude employee, stated I ate it. I took two bites, the first was bad but took a second to confirm, it was bad had to spit out. I tried explaining this to employee, but he just didn't care....real bad customer service.

Good coffee, delicious croissants and the had something with bananas on it and it was heavenly!!
