Got some Le Shrimp today which was perfect in this cold weather. I got the A1 Signature trio. Roberto stated it was like 3 different plates in one so I couldn't go wrong with that. Loved the recommendation. Will definitely be coming in to try something new next week!

We stopped by Le Shrimp Noodle Bar at Irvine Spectrum after some shopping, hoping for a warm bowl of noodles on a chilly evening. My wife had been to the South Coast Plaza location before and had a good experience, so I decided to give it a try for the first time. The restaurant has a nice, modern setup--an open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work, stylish wave artwork on the walls, and warm wooden furniture that gives it a cozy feel.I ordered the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle with a bottle of Asahi, while my wife got the Prawn & Chicken Wonton Noodle. We also shared a side of their house spicy sauce and bamboo shoots. My bowl came out pretty quickly, but my wife's took an extra 15 minutes, which was frustrating--especially since the restaurant was only about 50% full at the time. It was clear that other tables were experiencing similar delays. The flavors were just okay, but the house spicy sauce was the real MVP. Without it, the broth and noodles felt a bit underwhelming. Also, my noodles were stuck together, which made for an unpleasant texture. The service was probably the biggest letdown. I ordered a second beer, but the waiter completely forgot about it and only brought it out when I was already asking for the check. Between that and the slow food service, the experience felt disorganized. Overall, a very mediocre experience.

Didn't write a review for this place earlier but decided to do so now. We ate there during Christmas season and I was originally excited to try it, however it was basically not a place I would revisit. It should be known that we love Paradise Dynasty and the Shrimp noodle bar downstairs in Bloomingdale. We have eaten there on numerous occasions, so we are very familiar of how food and service should be like, this location falls short.Do you know we asked for chile oil and the waiter said that it was an extra charge of $1.50. That is absolutely ridiculous. It came on a small sauce plate that you get at any Chinese diner. The waiter was distracted and when you asked for (had to ask for everything) it took time to get it served. No refills on water. Also it should be said that we were there in early afternoon, not even during the lunch rush, so empty tables. Will not return!

Came here 01/28/2025.Food:Le Shrimp has start cost cutting measures that negatively impact the food. They used to serve meaty, full-sized prawns with the head on that were both delicious and felt like you were getting your money's worth. Now, they have reduced the shrimps to small little frozen cocktail shrimps that look like something you might find at Walmart. Reference the pictures.Service:During the time I went (Tuesday at 5:45pm), I was the only customer and there was only 1 server. Somehow the service was still pretty slow in the sense of my bowl of noodles sitting for minute once called for service and I had to waive down for my check for 2 minutes.Ambiance:It's clean and bright. Not bad.Overall just disappointed that they reduced the quality of the ingredients and kept the price the same.

This location is inside the Irvine Spectrum. It opened about two months ago. My husband & I decided to try this place out. For our first visit, we ordered the following:A1. Signature Trio Shrimp NoodleA2. Spicy Prawn & Braised Scallion Soy Chicken Noodle E4. Chicken Wonton w/ Chili Oil (comes with 4 pcs) E7. Le Shrimp Taco (comes with 2 pcs) The broth for both soups were delicious. After the first couple bites, it gets a little salty after. We both enjoyed the umami flavors of the shrimp & prawns in the soup. I liked the fact the noodles were cooked perfectly. My favorite was the side of Chicken Wontons with Chili Oil. The wontons were packed with flavor that I was thinking to order more, but I was getting full. The Le Shrimp Tacos were quite good. We came during a very busy day, but servers were very efficient. It was quite a wait, but the servers did come by & apologized for the wait. The staff here are very polite, attentive & friendly. The atmosphere of this place is pretty small. I wished the place was a little bigger. I will try to visit the other location inside South Coast Plaza.

Came here with two friends on a Friday night - there was a line outside when we arrived, but the wait wasn't too long and we were shortly seated. The owner (I think) and the servers were very welcoming and were very accommodating of any drink top-up and napkin requests. My friend ordered the classic Signature Trio shrimp noodle (I think) while I ordered the braised scallion soy chicken noodle. I believe we both got wide noodles (or whatever was recommended, I can't remember - feel free to ask the servers if you can't decide!). We both ordered them as combo meals, as you're able to get both a drink and an appetizer. The hot oolong tea and hot green tea were soothing, and the bean curd and cucumber appetizers were simple and tasty. I especially liked the bean curd, as I don't eat it too often. We also ordered the prawn and chicken wonton with chili oil as a side for my other friend, which she reportedly really enjoyed. Overall, pretty straightforward and yummy fare. I did try some of the broth in my friend's shrimp soup, and it tasted really reminiscent of Korean jjambong, so if you're into that I'm sure you'll enjoy the shrimp dishes. I personally really dislike the seafood flavors, so I'm really happy they had the chicken option instead. What truly stood out to me here besides the food was the impeccable service of the waitstaff, as they were incredibly quick on the draw whenever we needed something despite the busy atmosphere.

Service was good. Decent amount of seating indoors and outdoors. The food was good but I don't think shrimp broth is for me. I got the wonton ramen which was good, but something about the shrimp broth just didn't feel right to me. The chicken karaage was good and was not too breaded which was great.

Taste was very light subtle, very comforting.Their menu was very impressive. They also offer chicken broth and rice bowls.Definitely will come back for a full meal
