The atmosphere was pretty cool great customer service. Our waiter Huitzi was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. If you're ever in Gardena come give them a try...Friday Saturday and Sunday I heard is the busiest...THANK YOU HUITZI

We usually love the food here, but this time we ordered oysters and we got really sick , I mean I thought I was throwing up my intestines through both ends!!! My father and sister in law got real sick as well. They liked the shrimp empanadas, but those are cooked. Oysters are raw so I don't know if I'll ever feel comfortable eating them again from this place. The ambiance is live music so it's very loud. The waitress gave good service. We actually gave her extra tip , we realized after we left on the receipt they add 15% gratuity for a bigger party.

Went out to enjoy some food and drinks with my co-workers. I read reviews prior to going that commented about service, food quality and prices, and loud music and not anything positive. But we decided to go and see for ourselves.Service wasn't bad for us. It wasn't amazing but nothing to complain about either. They helped us when we needed something. The music was live and would have been fun but I couldn't hear my friends and I couldn't hear the server. We literally had to text each other if we wanted to communicate. It is so incredibly loud. It would have made the experience so much better if they could simply turn down the speaker volume slightly.The food and drinks were expensive. We planned to go and get shots and let loose but we didn't even get a buzz due to the drink prices and only ordered one drink each. We got the langostinos especiales-the sauce was soooo tasty but the langostinos hardly had any meat. Definitely not worth $42. We also had the pescado zarandeado. I have had it before and it was good but here it tasted so fishy and off and we didn't finish it ($35). We also ordered $28 aguachiles and they were good. There were some other dishes too but these were the priciest.I'm glad we went so we know now, but all in all I wouldn't go back again.

Bad ass heck , never going back bad service by the waitresses , my mojarra was burnt and pressured by the waitress to eat it . I did not eat it and just left it there still paid for it . We sat there with our table getting skipped to check on us due to the fact that I believe the waitresses were upset and held a grudge towards us . After I spoke to allegedly the manager on duty still received bad attitude.

The food was very bland. The campechana has no flavor and was mostly water based which ruined the natural flavors of it. Even with a lot of lemon and sauce it still did not give me the taste I expected from a good campechana. I don't think I will be coming here again. The food was not to my liking and I never tasted something so flavorless.

delicioussssss!! I came to get drinks with my boyfriend and cousins and it did not disappoint. The music was good, food was delicious and the service was fantastic! The owners were there and treated us very well. JP made the best aguachiles ever. I don't like raw shrimp too much but these were worth every penny. The empanadas are to die for as well!! I didn't take a picture because I devoured them in a second. Def coming back. They have Banda on Friday and Sunday and norteño on Saturday and Thursday. Great place for your family!

So the food was somewhat ok but the service was horrible. We had to flag down a blonde Waitress for drink refills and to top it off i wanted to save half my plate to go and she thru it away with out asking. Its my First and last time i waste my money here.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! BAD SERVICE! PLEASE READ TERRIBLE MANAGER AND WAITRESSCame with my family for family time and the Waitress ANGELICA from the start gave us attitude when taking our order. I ordered Ceviche Poca Madre with no octopus and once they brought me the food the shrimp was straight up raw. I DID NOT WANT TO EAT RAW SHRIMP. Before letting the waitress know that it was raw I checked the menu MYSELF to make sure I had read that the shrimp was cooked and in fact I was correct menu said shrimp is cooked/"boiled". Told the waitress Angelica that if it was the right plate because I did not want to eat raw shrimp, she gave me attitude and said "it is what it is " that it came that way and she can't do anything about it that it came raw and I never said I wanted it cooked. I EXPLAINED & SHOWED HER the menu says that the shrimp is cooked that's why I ordered it and let her know that she didn't ask if I wanted it cooked either way, again she gave me attitude and said well this is the plate basically telling me to take it/eat it. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she said he was busy that she'll let him know. She came back and said he will not change it because shrimp comes raw, I told her I did not get what I ordered and was not okay with the attitude she was giving me. She told the manager and I waited for 40min (family was almost done eating) and when I told her again and again she got annoyed and just said "manager said to just change it" KEEP IN MIND IT TOOK 40min for them to ask me to reorder the plate but "cooked" and the MANAGER never came. It took more than 30min more to get my order by that time my family was done eating. A man brought my order and said NOTHING and walked away. I did not touch the food and looked around for the manager, the same man walked in front of our table and I had to raise my voice to get his attention and asked "ARE YOU THE Manager?" He said YES. KEEP IN MIND THIS MAN BROUGHT MY FOOD DID NOT SAY A WORD OR APOLOGIZE FOR THE WAIT OR ANYTHINGMy family and I explained and let him know of everything and about Angelica and he did not want to accept that the menu said cooked and that I waited for so long to have a word about the service while we literally saw him walking around avoiding us. He and Angelica never apologized for the wait or for the bad service given to us. We were over it and asked for the check, he said he was never going to charge us for the plate and when Angelica came back with the receipt we were still being charged for the plate POCA MADRE.We do not mind paying, it was never about that! The fact that they were so rude and were not professional at all ruined our family time. NEVER AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER.

HORRIBLE. We drove 30 minutes to come here to be told that they were closed, while they advertised that they are open until 12 A.M. Impression here was so bad, we are never coming back and wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional, they need to stand by what they advertise.
