Average, nothing more. I always compare these Chinese combo places with the big national chain. Is Lantern Garden better? Absolutely not.The positive? Late hours; they're open until 11pm. Service is friendly, and the place seemed clean. The negative? Fried rice was dry and tasteless. The chow mein was a little better and the option I'd recommend. The Hot and Spicy Chicken didn't have a lot of spice, but good overall, as was the Beef and Broccoli. The really negative? The 3.99 percent surcharge for credit cards. (I'm guessing the law now allows surcharges as long as they're under four percent?) Anyway, I'll continue to speak out against these fees. Cash is king, but cashless options shouldn't be discouraged - they lead to increased sales.Would I go back? Maybe. Are there better options? Definitely.

They have good selections, pricing, and even options to order fresh dishes. Plenty of parking in the plaza and in between Rubios and subway. The store is also very clean and the servers were friendly and pleasant! Orange chicken is sit down restaurant quality. I had the won ton soup and appreciated the fresh vegetables.

I want to give a guest compliment to the cast member with glasses, younger white female. She is always so positive and VERY helpful + efficient! As far as the food... it's your typical Chinese food. A lot of the items most times I go I can tell have been sitting around for a while. The orange chicken along with the sesame chicken are bland. This is the only thing I have close by so it suffices. The owners aren't very friendly though. Very stoic and keep to themselves. Definitely give it a try though not too bad

The food is ok. They do have some good tofu and some good beef. The service is fine. They are very friendly. The only problem is that it is very expensive, so it's Chinese food but at a high rate.

Located at the Anaheim Plaza is Lantern Green.Parking isn't bad, but it's a little walk compared to your typical fast food Chinese joints.First impression walking in.. clean and service was kind.I opted out for a 3 item combo which came out to $12.88.Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Hot N Spicy Chicken and Beef & Broccoli. Portion wise it was okay, not too small and not overpacked.Fried Rice: Bland.Chow Mein: Bland and small noodle size compared to other Chinese Foods.Orange Chicken: solid.Hot N Spicy Chicken: This was like your typical Kung Pao Chicken with a spice, but I didn't get that extra spice as expected.Beef & Broccoli: Average.Overall it was just okay. Would I comeback or go to my go to Lucky's? I think I'll give it another try one day if I was in the area.

First timer. Food was very tasty. I had the 2 item plate. Plenty of food. Tried the beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, noodles and fried rice, cream cheese rangoons and egg rolls. Everything was really good. I wish the food was a little hotter. Otherwise really pleased with the food. It heated up really well the next day too. The service was good. Everyone was really friendly. Restaurant was clean, inviting, nice seating area. We'll be back when in the area.

I was craving some Chinese food late at night and this happened to be a place opened until 11pm. I placed my order online and picked it up there. The workers there were super friendly and had good customer service. The interior of the restaurant is pretty simple. We got the orange chicken and the house fried rice. The house fried rice tasted good and you can't go wrong with it. However the orange chicken that we got was very dry.

Local small business alert!!! The cream cheese wontons might be my absolute FAVORITE now! Just cream cheese inside! And sooooo creamy and satisfying! The wonton is fried perfectly and just the right of salty and cheesy! 10/10 Chow mein was bomb! Super fresh! Add a dash of soy sauce if you like it more saucy and you are good to go. Very tasty. Not a lot of cabbage in it, which I like. Yum! 10/10 for the chow mein Honey shrimp was excellent! Sweet but not overly sweet. The shrimps were nice and small- the perfect size to pop in your mouth lol They were battered well and had a good amount of sauce. I like that there wasn't too much sauce overpowering the shrimps. 10/10 The county tofu was good. This was my least favorite, only because it was spicy. I don't do spicy. But it was the only tofu option I saw, so I went with it. If you like spicy, then this is probably for you. The tofu was firm and cooked well. All the flavors were great with this item. 9/10 Thai tea was delicious! With the boba of course! It was sweet and yummy. The cup was so cute and the saying on top.
