SUPER disappointed because they aint cheap and they skimp the shit outta you. We ordered only 2 scoops but made us pay for the 8.99 cup. The la michocoana in TUSTIN made us pay the green cup price for 2 scoops and filled to the brim of the top cap. The ice cream is watery too. I was so excited to find out one opened near us. But sadly, it sucked.We wont be coming to this one anymore and we wont be recommending it to our family or friends.

This place is a ripoff. I walked in looking for the potato chips I grew up eating and I didn't even ask them to put anything on them. The bags have 2.5oz of potato chips and I was charged over $10. This is unethical and I hope this place doesn't last.

The sign on the door says they close at 9pm but the actual hours appear to be 8:30, or maybe 8:45 or whatever particular time they decide that they're done for the day. There was a young woman wiping down a table right by the door who didn't even acknowledge that I was there to at least tell me no sorry we're closed.What's the point of having posted business hours if you do not conduct business during those hours? What a horrible start for a type of business this community so badly needs.

This place has turned into a disappointment. New ownership has taken over, and change has not been for the better. Aside from the fact that choices are now limited and significantly reduced the customer service SUCKS. They're rude and lack personality. Simple requests turn into a chore for them and make it seem like we are unwanted. Certainly won't be coming back and will not be recommending.

Horrible experience, will not go back. Be aware of their price gouging. A large Bionico came out to $26! when other locations are around $13. The attendant stated that this was because that is how the owners told them to charge for the large (2 mediums). I should have read other reviews as apparently I am not the first one that this has happened to, this is ridiculous.

I did a Grubhub order earlier this afternoon for some tostilokos which I would've thought would be kinda common sense to put the chips aside but I guess not they came to me 30min later so very SOGGY I was very upset and I wasn't going to waste my time to write a review but I thought why not let other people know and just give you a heads up if you want this just might as well go in in person....Hice un pedido de Grubhub esta tarde para unos tostilokos que pensé que sería un poco de sentido común dejar las papas a un lado, pero supongo que no. Me llegaron 30 minutos después y estaban muy Enmohecidos Estaba muy molesto y no iba perder mi tiempo para escribir esto pero pensé, ¿por qué no dejar que otras personas lo sepan y simplemente avisarte si quieres esto podría ir en persona....
