Just went for some bombbbbb fresas con crema , &&& the owner happened to give me a free ice cream . Delicious!!!!!

The place is fantastic don't get me wrong but the lady that works there in the is slow she was taking to me while she was getting my order she answered the phone which I see it's rude then ask me again what was my order And plus she didn't made what I asker her for :/ So yeah the customer service sucks but everything else is pretty good

Run into this location by IG advertisement.Looked so good, I decided to go grab dessert. Unfortunately, I think I went on a bad day, not sure. Had high expectations. Ordered their fresas con crema and their garafa nieve. The lime one was very bitter, like they included the lemon peels when making it. The strawberries were sour, so I didn't enjoy it. So, unfortunately, I didn't personally like it. On the positive side the staff was nice and welcoming.

Muy buen servicio. Raspados super ricos. Recomiendo el raspado de coco, los esquites y los tostilocos muy recomendado.

Was in the neighborhood after a failed food venture & was literally starving . Stopped by here really quick because I thought I need something in me before I drive back home . Got myself a Chocomilk licuado, super cheap , super quick service ! Glad I was able to find them cause gosh driving back to Long Beach & still having to wait for food would have been a bummer!Smoothie was delicious , everything was so clean in here . Really was tempted to buy some chips cause they have the lemon & hot sauces out for you to pour your way but not smart to put in an empty belly LOL. Will be back here if in the area , they were stocked up with fresh fruits & everything !They're in a small plaza , parked right in front !

I come for the jugo verde but honestly I can't justify the price because most of the drink is foam instead of juice. It doesn't come in a smaller size than 24oz and I wish it did. Service was friendly and the inside has a couple chairs and tables.

at first when we would go it was amazing! Never had anything wrong, the workers were so kind and helpful. The ambiance is clean and the food was great. Today is probably the one time we HATED IT & service wasn't good. Today is probably the tenth time we've gone and like I said we always have a great experience. I walked in a decided to have it to go, so I told the young worker 3x that it is to go! Last time I had asked one worker if she can please put the chips on the side & she said no need to bring it up, that it's an automatic when it's to go.So when I saw the 2 workers today putting them together and as if it's for there. I asked hey it's to go can they please be on the side, the lady in the back jumps in , in a HOSTILE tone. "You need to let us know" and I explained I did and what the other lady told me, she said "well the lady isn't here, we are and next time you should let us know." Terrible service let alone the other conversations going on, which isn't relevant to my situation but it just made the ambiance weird, and feel unfriendly. It could have been as simple as oh okay got it, next time just let us know, sometimes we forget. Not in an antagonizing tone which I'm sure she did because I look 18. I genuinely felt like asking for my money back. Now trying the food, the chips are soggy because she didn't change it on one, and they skimped it out. Tastes different. Getting one star because I can't put 0.
