The staff are super friendly, they make tamales, birria, ceviche, and menudo on the weekends. They also bbq whole chickens on the weekends for you. Aside from that they have a lot of good produce and many items that a big chain store might have. Their deli/butcher area is small but they have quality meats.

What else to say! Really char-coal chicken! Super delicious at $9 with rice, beans, and salsa. Definitely coming back.

The local spot for not only Mexican products but also a great variety of different cuts of meat . They sell meat that is already prepared and ready to be thrown on the grill . The produce section if full of fresh fruits and veggies .They also have a section with fresh Mexican style bread and pastries if you're into that . The customer service has never been an issue here and they always treat me with great care . The parking lot is of good size and you rarely have problems finding a spot even though they share a lot with a laundrymat . Give them a shot if you ever need some fresh produce or meat .

While the bodega is decent, this review is really for the weekend grilled chicken they be selling. $8.99 whole grilled chickens on saturdays and sundays! Add containers of rice and beans for a full meal. Each container is $3.50 but the meal is so worth it! My man is a picky eater when it comes to grilled chicken and this place stole his heart. Nomas faltan las tortillas! Try it out at least once!

I didn't like the way the vegetables looked! the prices are to high and I walked to the meat section & saw Two flies flying around! I don't think I'll be coming here any time soon.

We have been going here for about 10 years for our carne asada (ranchera marinade) and marinated chicken need (we buy it on weekends and tell them we want it raw, they do sell it cooked, but it's too dry for my taste). If you check this place out, you will be converted. It really is the best marinated meat in town and worth the drive if you aren't from North LB. In terms of produce or any other grocery needs, it is a little more pricey because they are a small store.

Some of there meat is no good ground beef smells u better cook it the same day u buy it and I've bought chicken that smells had to take it back they meat is not covered so it look stale ughhh don't like this store

Contaminated meat the way the butchers handle it. May give you the stomach virus if u bye meat there buyer beware.

If you take your WIC card make sure they don't charge you out of pocket for the item before you have to pay because "WIC doesn't cover " by the time you get home your gallon of milk is not listed on the wic card plus some vegetables are not covered by WIC? Like really ?

It's disgusting! Meat is NEVER fresh, produce is ALWAYS rotten or bad,it's dirty inside and just overall better off going elsewhere
