VERY disappointing expereince. The day started with no one arriving and when I called I was told the person was 15 minutes away. 30 minutes later no one arrived and I had to keep calling Arturo multiple times. He eventually told me the person was late and should be there soon. When he arrived the meat was already cooked and wasn't cooked fresh on site. He came with a small bowl of cilantro and onions and salsa that wasn't enough. We had ordered for 35 people and we had less than 30 guests. The meat was very salty and not good. I would not recommend using his services for your event at all. Not reliable, poor quality.

Excellent service, food is very-very good & on time. Arturo was my contact and he provided awesome service, very professional and respond to inquiries on a timely manner. He caters according to his customer's needs. Plus, it's affordable compared to other caterers that gave me a quote for 50 guests.

I recently booked LA Tacos for my husband's birthday party 4 days ago.. and WOW, I have nothing but great things to say about the communication, service, the amazing food, the quantity, and the overall experience! Arturo was so helpful answered all my questions and truly delivered. He was pleasant to work with, and I enjoyed having him here at the party. ALL of our guests were saying this was the best taco truck they've ever had. The meat was so fresh and juicy. We had leftovers and it still tasted fresh three days later, I will definitely be booking LA Tacos again. Thanks, Arturo!

This company did a great job for my daughter's baby shower. The food was good, our cook was super friendly, and there was enough food to serve everybody. I would definitely recommend them.

My personal experience and I hope this helps. I hired Arturo for my a baby shower I was hosting. In the beginning Arturo was very nice and responsive. Answered all my questions. But the day of the service I want to say was not the most positive. Olga was our cook and she had the worst attitude. I personally didn't mind her cold personality but once the party was over a lot of my guests had complaints about being rude to them. We were quoted mulitas and when I asked for one she told me no, I had to wait? (It was already half an hour past the start?? Okay I figured she's having a bad day?. I asked her if the owner would join us later, her response was "no he's probably at home scratching his big belly" ??? Okay fine whatever. Comment after comment she looked like she didn't want to be there. Mind you we paid for an extra hour and she began to stop service 15 mins early. Given chicken was the only meat left I feel she could have told my guests that was the only option. We were told we would be able to keep left overs but Olga started to pack it away. My mom had to ASK her to please let us keep it so we can serve out the remainder our ourselves. Overall it was disappointing because the food was pretty good but their service was lacking. I also reached out to the owner hoping to feel heard but it's been 3 days post service and of course no response. Go figure.. I really wanted to find a good taco guy for all my parties but I guess I'll have to keep looking...

Arturo was AMAZING! We used his services for our baby shower and he did not disappoint. His food was very tasty and our guests raved about him. Even done took his card to consider him for there future parties. Arturo has a forever customer in us and we couldn't be more thankful for his services!

I attended a baby shower in Orange County so when I saw an LA taco bar was bringing the food, I was excited. Nothing against OC or San Diego taco spots but LA I think has the best! Very clean and organized, the beef, chorizo, and Al pastor are all awesome but the Al pastor was what I got the most of. They also did quesadillas and brought white beans with all the fresh sides and salsas. I just might have to have them cater my next event.

Arturo is AMAZING! We had 65 guests. He cooked and served everything himself in a very timely manner. Everyone raved about the delicious food! He's our guy for any events that we host in the future!

Also had a very disappointing experience with Arturo at LA Taco bars. We used him about a year ago and have never used him since. He was pretty responsive up until the day he was scheduled to serve for our parry. Of course we paid a good size deposit. No one arrived at the scheduled time. I waited 30 minutes and tried to call which he did not pick up. I sent a text. He replied saying someone was on the way and would be there in 30 minutes. So they would be an hour late. No one showed up. Tried calling. Again no answer. Sent him text. Finally with alot of texts back and forth. They were 2 hours late to serve for our party. Our guests were starving. We were also a little embarrassed. His food was okay. Service is just not good. I would say to stay away from this company if you want your food served on time.

The food was amazing delicious and fresh rice and beans was good the corn Asada, the chicken, the pork all cooked and seasoned great. The shells was good fresh food the cilantro the cheese everything but the red sauce was good and hot green sauce delicious
