Krak Boba

My mom, sister, and I absolutely love this boba shop! Can only speak on what we've each ordered (Taro Twist, Matcha Storm, and their standard matcha milk tea drink). Toppings are great and they also have alternative milk options. It's cute inside and easily a place one can go inside and spend time with friends or even work on your laptop. As much as we love this place, I will say we have had two bad experiences with the same person who took and made our orders on two separate occasions. First time was when I wasn't there and my sister said she ordered a drink and it wasn't made as it is advertised and when she went to inform the worker, he questioned her and said he made it properly. He eventually re-made it and it was still incorrect. She didn't want to go up again and say anything so she let it be. Second occasion with the same guy working there, my drink was made with missing toppings and when I went to the counter to say that I was missing toppings (it was printed onto the cup and very clearly can be seen that toppings were missing) they just grabbed the cup from me without saying anything and when I received the drink back, nothing was said to me. I still give this place 5 stars because the flavors are great, but the service can be much better from the specific individual that I'm speaking about. I've worked food service before, it's not always fun and it can be stressful. Despite that, it doesn't excuse bad manners/bad customer service, especially when it's consistent on different occasions. Aside from that, this place is worth trying!

This spot isn't nasty.I'll start by saying that.I just really frown upon bad customer service.I ordered my drink and paid for it and got my receipt with the time.So glad I did because after playing on my phone for a little bit... I thought to myself man it's been a while. The lady who took my order was in the back while the other girl was washing dishes.My order was an iced tea. There were 2 smoothie type drinks that were sitting there since I sat down (run the cameras back)So at the 13 minute mark I asked if they started my drink?I got up to ask. Instead of saying oops we'll start it now, she said we were making drinks and pointed at the ones I watched her set on the counter the moment I sat down. I said no you weren't! And immediately requested a refund. Lying about something I can see is crazy.Anyways won't be back.

Work on your customer service skills. Walked in was not greeted or even given eye contact. Taking my order, again no eye contact. Given order once again didn't even look at me. All I'm saying is there's tons of other boba places, work on it.

Good quality fresh ingredients and the drinks were really good! nobody said hi to us though lol

AMBIANCE - Large, open parking lot with a lot of other businesses. Inside is very clean with nice decor. There's a good amount of seating with wall plugs, which is fantastic if you plan to do some work here. There's also wifi.FOOD - This was my first time here. I was looking for a really good boba spot and this one had good reviews so I went right away! They have a pretty large menu but you can also see what their most popular drinks are. So I went with their number one drink, which was the King Brûlée. Sweet for sure, but it was creamy, tender boba, and you get random chunks of creme brûlée, which was so good! Krak Boba is definitely a top tier spot and I'm definitely coming back.SERVICE - The customer service was great. Welcoming and they make your drink lightning fast!

I enjoy Krak Boba so much! The jasmine green milk tea with pink crystal boba is perfect if you like jasmine tea. It's so good. I'm happy I got it with the pink crystal boba too because it has a slight fruity/bubble gum-like flavor. The Guerilla Thai tea is always a good choice. I really have to try their Thai tea here because they do it right!! The Peachapple Green Tea is very refreshing and perfect for the summer. The staff was great and knowledgeable when I had questions with their menu.

The boba here is just the right consistency! Soft and chewy, not hard in the center and not over boiled. Great selection of drink flavors; dairy and non-dairy.

So happy my friend and I decided to try this place out because I'm for sure going to be back . My friend got the matcha storm and krak coffee, and I got the guerilla thai. MAAAAN!! The guerilla thai seemed intimidating at first since I wasn't sure how the flavors of matcha, thai tea, and sea cream would interact, but it was the bomb diggity! I finished it wanting more lol. My friend and I shared some of the krak coffee, and it was alright. It was overly sweet and not my preference of how I like coffee, but it's fine! Next time I would definitely ask if the sweetness level could be adjusted.The service was alright at the time we went (8:30 pm). There's a good amount of seating and the wait for the drinks was approximately 10 mins. The decor of the spot is cool. There's some nice pieces of art catered to their joint-- definitely some good vibes in here. I can't wait to come back and try more!!

This is my first time being here kinda disappointed it's a boba shop and they had no boba ? But other than that drink was pretty good music was a vibe service was a little slow looked like only 2 young ladies working they seem nice one just stares a lot .

Just went in today to pick up my online order. I ordered my usual online , the matcha milk tea but as I was looking at the toppings instead of regular boba, I only saw the option to add tiny boba. I'm not sure if tiny boba is a new thing since I had just ordered some boba last weekend and got regular boba with my drink. Nevertheless, this new tiny boba is trash. I'm not sure if it's a chapter option but if it is then Krak boba needs to also lower their prices because this tiny boba is not it. Due to that I will not be returning back to order any drinks soon. I feel like I got ripped off with this tiny boba , doesn't compare to the normal "regular size boba".
