SOOO YUMMY!!!!!We had a Christmas potluck at work, and one of my colleagues brought in dinner rolls from Kolache Factory. I've never tasted such yummy/soft dinner rolls before - and asked him about where he got them. He mentioned Kolache Factory and I knew I had to check them out. There is another location in Tustin - but I live much closer to this one in Huntington Beach. Stopped by here last Saturday to pick up a box before a group activity I was meeting up for nearby. I picked up a couple of the Sausage/Egg/Cheese kolaches, as well as BBQ Brisket. When I returned the next day (because it really is that good) - I picked up Sausage & Gravy, Country Breakfast, and BBQ brisket on a smaller order for myself. Each kolache was perfectly soft, fluffy and doughy. I prefer soft foods over crunchy/crispy - so I was definitely a fan upon first bite. The ratio of dough to filling was generous - I think my favorite among the different ones I picked up would be the BBQ Brisket, Country Breakfast (January kolache of the month), and Sausage w/ Gravy. For some reason, the Sausage/Egg/Cheese didn't sit well with me - but other people in my group enjoyed it. Maria was super friendly, patient, and helpful in signing me up for their rewards program - which lets you earn points based on your purchases, while also letting you pick up a free kolache of whatever their monthly special is. Parking can be tight if you park in their shared lot with the urgent care next door, as well as the Starbucks. What I do is park in the adjacent lot (there's a mixed use business center and cafe in this lot) - and walk down the little embankment (it's not that steep) into this lot. This spot is definitely a new favorite, considering that I've made the trip out here on back to back weekend days.

People from Texas always rave about kolaches. I've only tried the ones from Buc-ees before, so I don't have much to go by. Picked a lot of breakfast ones to try because it was breakfast time. Those were definitely just "ok." I would never get them again. The ratio of egg to bread was way too much. My favorite of the 6 we tried was the gravy one. I wish we got more of the savory ones to try. Next time though.

Ok, I'm a fan. Wife has been preaching about this place for a while and I kind of poo pooed it since I'd only really had the polish sausage and sausage and gravy kolaches, which are good but I'm not really a sausage and gravy fan. This time I picked what I wanted and had the Philly Cheesesteak, BBQ and Korean BBQ options. The cheesesteak was unbelievable - it tastes exactly like a very good Philly cheesesteak sandie. The BBQ had some of the best brisket I can recall having, including the best BBQ joints in SoCal! The Korean BBQ was good too but the first two were out of this world. I was hungry granted and will try these again soon but I was entirely surprised and impressed with today's picks!I have no idea about service or ambiance but the food is money. One suggestion is to try and sampling - it is difficult to know what anyone will like as was the case with my wife and I that liked very different items.

This was my first visit to this location, which is nestled in a small parking lot with a Starbucks nearby. It's open from 6 AM to 2 PM most days. I went on a Thursday and walked in around 7:15am, the entire process is fast, I was walking out around 5 minutes later. I was warmly greeted by "AJ" and she explained the popular options and walked me through the process. It's an easy place to grab something to go or dine in, as there are two tables available. The space was clean and tidy. They offer a variety of sweet, savory, and traditional options, with prices ranging from $4 to $6. Calories are listed for each item, which is great for those watching their intake or with specific dietary needs. The two egg items I tried were filling. There's a nice selection that appeals to both kids and adults. Overall, I liked the concept, freshness, and taste. While it didn't completely blow me away, I was glad I tried it. It may not be a regular destination for me, but it seems like a fun breakfast option to bring to work from time to time.

Tried this place on a whim on a Saturday morning when passing through. The restaurant was clean, employees were friendly, and service quick. We tried the monthly flavor which was "country" (egg, sausage, potato, country gravy) and a BBQ beef brisket. The country was just ok and the gravy made it a little mushy/soggy. The brisket however was delicious and I would definitely order again.

These are pretty awesome, the biscuits and gravy is my all time favorite breakfast one, only tried the breakfast options. Will definitely go to try the other options next time!

I tried several more recently...Best...- Sausage Egg and Cheese (flavorful, nice amount of sausage, light and fluffy egg) Good...- Chorizo Egg and Cheese (flavorful, but needed more chorizo)- BBQ Brisket (flavorful, but chunky and chewy)- Ham and Cheese (I wish it had egg, but it's my wife's favorite)Average...- Chicken Enchilada (overall flavor profile gets boring)Meh...- Ranchero (nearly no toppings inside, nor any salsa detected. Sounded like it would be packed full of flavor, but it was a dud)- Potato Egg and Cheese (very boring, would benefit from an exotic cheese like Gorgonzola or Goat Cheese or Feta)

Overall I really enjoyed my first kolaches. Service could've been better and that's really the only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review. I stopped by Monday morning and a young blonde girl was working the counter. No greeting, no friendliness, she seemed annoyed that I asked a couple questions even after mentioning that it was my first time.I ordered a cream cheese kolache that tasted great! The bread was light and simple while the cream cheese offered a good sweetness and textural change. I hope they do a cream cheese and fruit combo topping one day!I also tried the strudel nik which I think was blueberry filled. The pastry was denser but still flaky and had a good amount of filling! The filling was slightly sweet but more tart so the light icing on top added a good balance of sweetness.

We found this place by accident. It is located in a VERY SMALL parking lot. It is shared with a Starbucks and an Urgent Care. We walked in and it smelled amazing! It was a little overwhelming because we honestly didn't know what to expect but the lady was really nice and helped us make our choices. You also had the option for them to warm them up for you. They were SO GOOD! If you like jalapeño poppers they have one and it is SO AMAZING! If I'm in the area I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!
