Ko-Ryu Ramen Grill

It was my first time here and had been on my list of places to try for years. I have been missing out. Nothing flashy about the interior but it makes up in the ramen and service. I had the shachon ramen which is a signature dish. It was tasty and thick. So be prepared if you order it. It is very filling. Food came out fast and hot. Great place and the staff is super friendly.

TLDR: whatever spice level you're thinking, go up one.Servers are very attentive; they know their menu well! Quick service, sat down quickly, and the food was delivered quickly after ordering. The music playlist they had on was full of throwbacks, so great while eating. The food was absolutely delicious; I would also highlllllly recommend the egg, she's a 10/10. Thank you Ko Ryu!

Been eyeing this place for awhile; finally here.The richness in the broth! Win! Win! Win! Ordered the corn salad as well, not too bad. Service was amazing! Attentive and genuine service from the waitress.

My favorite is Champon. Koi Ramen or Shacho Ramen is good, but they don't fill me up if I am very hungry. The service is way better at 21006 Hawthorne location (here) than the other on Crenshaw. Also, they always have a table available whenever I need a quick bite.

Very clean restaurant with friendly and attentive hosts. Many options and spice levels. The portions were generous since for the cost. I didn't care for the complimentary water taste, but I was happy to see so many drink options too.

Looking for a good flavorful ramen place this is it. The ramen noodles were good and there were lots of options but not enough vegan options unfortunately, but that won't stop me and my family from eating there again.

Got the garlic bomb ramen delivered. Best ramen of my life. I was getting over a cold and this healed me fully. I will never get ramen from anywhere else.

We've been coming to this restaurant since it opened. They used to have Mongolian barbecue section which I really miss. One of the main reasons why we keep coming back for so many years is really because of Raquel, the best waitress there is. She really makes you feel like family and welcomes us with open arms every time. my husband and I have finally a picture on the wall because we finished a level 5 ramen. We love their curry Ramen with fried chicken, spicy ramen, and you can add Gyoza during lunch for a discounted price. The girls always get shoyu Ramen, and they are very good about letting us customize our ramens.I've always found this restaurant very clean, plenty of parking, the staff is always friendly, and you never need a reservation. It's our local go to restaurant for ramen yes for sure.

I've tried a few different ramen spots in the area. This just took the top spot. Ko-Ryu broth was delicious without being too rich. Staff was friendly and food (takeout) came out quickly.
