Khin Khao

Attended the Queen Mary Night Market summer events in 6/2024 . Lo and behold I spot Khin Khao amongst the crowd as one of the participants vendors . Of course my contemplation of what to eat has been decided. Khin Khao for the win , as always the friendly service and tasty food has remained consistent . My usual favorite from here are their mango sweet rice dessert , boat noodles and the beef salad . Others boat noodles are sweet , not at khin khao, their flavors was superb with a melding of savory goodness taste . Mango sweet rice dessert is a seasonal dish on their menu, I made sure to order a few container for the next day . ( depending on yellow mango season) definitely a must buy from them . Tip: when at home take out the sticky rice and steam until warm or a steam in the steamer. Pour in the sweet sauce into the warm rice mix well and eat with the mango . Yumm

Full of authentic lao food flavor. My son loves the lao sausages so much that we always need a pack in our freezer. Super friendly and great customer service.Definitely need to make a trip to their pop up to try another dish like their Thai boat noodles.

The food is to die for ! Tried them out at the event next to the lakewood mall on Saturday and it was sooo good I came back for more skewers like next hour before closing :pThe beef was so tender and flavorful! It reminded me just like how my friends momma used to cook for me in high school. Taste brought back memories. Perfect char and smokey taste to beef as well. Pickled veg was also really good, not very sweet or bitter but a nice freshness with the beef. Similar to this white kimchi so I loved it!Can't wait to try their other menu options, but the skewers will not disappoint if you . I can't explain it but the seasoning on it is just amazing. Omggg, let me tell you about this delicious Cambodia dish Mee Katang or you can call it Pad-Seew. It's so darn delicious that you can absolutely taste the seasoning in the meat and noodles. Noodles and the Chinese broccoli is just right to perfection. Every bite was just mmmm, yummy so good!

We went to a pop up in the YMCA on Sunday..Heard their food was delicious! So I had to check it out myself...Ordered:Chicken skewers with sticky rice Papaya salad (medium spicy)Thai boat noodles The chicken skewers had flavors you taste the ingredients frm the lemon grass to the coconut milk flavors x my son thought it was super delicious plus the sticky rice was so soft like clouds in the sky he says.The Thai boat was so piping hot with extra delicious broth. Though I'd like the traditional morning glory water spinach rather than spinach but it was still great. Papaya salad wohooo it was so flavorful with that crunchy cabbage & salty black crabs. Now I don't ear pork but there's a side of pork skin on the side which the hubs ate...There were no evidence as we gobble it all up..Can't wait to have sme more of their food!

Khin Khao has been serving our community for some time now, and I've been so excited to find them available at the pop-up vendors' shops every weekend! Their food is made was love and you can tell in their recipes! This is a must try if you're craving authentic Thai Laos food ! It's always freshly made upon order, and you won't be disappointed! Everyone is always so pleasant with every interaction you have with them

Food is amazing! It is a starting family owned business that is providing authentic Cambodian , Thai , and Laos food. Kids loves them , always make the job easy to feed them. Also ; Service is amazing , always willing to extend their knowledge to whose not accustomed to the culture/food. Definitely try , 20/10!!!!
