I've seen many new faces from early afternoon to evening before the store closed. Some are really friendly, and others are, well, just whatever. Overall, this place delivers great quality and service in general. Nearby 710 fwy on Willow St. Very convenient. I usually do drive-through cause I'm always on the go, hustle mode active, lol. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my waysof describing things don't please you. Take a lookat some of the pictures I've attached to this review.My orders are,Drink:1. Regular Iced Tea non Sweet Meal:1. 4 Pc Chicken Combo Mix Original Leg, Wing, Thigh, and Breast with a side of Mashed Potato n Gravy and Biscuit I'm a huge fan of original flavor, especially chicken in general. But I must say, I do miss their Potato Wages. They replaced it with Fries, which is good too. Overall, quality is in their name, and flavor is very well seasoned. With a side of drink, of course, lol. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. Super friendly staff. Sometimes this place gets slammed with a ton of people all wanting KFC at the same time. No matter how busy it gets, the staff does a great job communicating and welcoming you when you enter. They will inform you if they are going to be a little behind schedule on your food. The staff will let you know ahead of time so you get a sense on how long you will be waiting for your food. The manager Patty is such a hard work and always very nice. She friendly and is customer service oriented.I ordered the chicken sandwich. While I was ordering, I learned that the chicken sandwiches are breaded at the location, cooked and then served. I thought they were pre-breaded like every other fast-food chains. Not this place. The chicken fillet is breaded on the spot, which also is why it takes a little longer to get the meal.There is always plenty of parking either in the private parking lot or on the street.Prices are good. I got the chicken sandwich for under $5 and it was a decent size. Good value for the money. Check out all the pictures I took.I have been back many times. Good food, good value, and friendly staff.

The KFC chicken wraps are not good, at least at this establishment anyway.It takes love and attention from the worker in the way it's constructed. My wrap was as though the tortilla was taken out of the package and not warmed to make it soft and foldable. The coleslaw was rushed and not properly drained so, the juices were running out of the bottom of the wrap. It just wasn't a great experience at all!!The Double Down, is like the over the top county fair food nonsense. It works better than the Wrap, but it's just too over the top, gluttonous and silly.

Fast and hot. Try the Chicken Pot Pie and Hot wings!I'm sad about you guys getting rid of the baked chicken option but I'm loving your Hot wings and quality Pot pies. Your pot pies easily competes with the local mom and pop restaurant pies. The chocolate chip cookie that comes with the Pot Pie meal is a nice touch- a complete comfort meal; perfect for cold weather! Keep up the great work!

Located off W Willow St. in Long Beach. Has a parking lot and drive thru. The place itself is small with a few tables. The staff today was friendly. I tried the donut chicken sandwich which was not bad but messy due to the melted glaze. It was a good combo of chicken and sweetness. Overall not a bad fast food place. I'd go back again.

Ordered a six piece legs and thighs and it is a shame on KFC to serve pieces smaller than they should be. I even spoke to the manager Ricardo and he had the nerve to say he gave me the biggest pieces.

Went to drive thru . Wanted strawberry lemonade they do not have any. Ordered a number 3 and he was cutting me off I couldn't even get a second order in. I lost my appetite and I told my son we would take our business somewhere else.I doubt if I will ever come back.

Great service and really quick even during their lunch hour rush which is usually when I stop by. The food is as expected - filling, tasty, and fresh. Started to get know some of the workers and they all seem kind and hard working. Ricardo and Patty really do hustle.

The employees here they don't know what is the different from Original and Crispy. If I want Crispy Chicken I don't bother coming here rather go to Popeyes next street.
