I had an original chicken sandwich it wasn't very good with a side of Mac n cheese which wasn't very good either. My main problem was the service it was through the drive thru 6:33 pm August 19. The receipt shows a girl but it was a man on the drive thru. This guy has zero customer service skills I said thank you many times and all he could say is "here you go" he also charged me 1 dollar for two sauces but I didn't get a receipt . The restaurant was also very lonely I can see why now nobody likes to be treated like your money doesn't matter.

The sauce policy says I should be allowed 2 sauces at no charge! Man wanted to charge me for 2 ranch and he did. I STILL DIDNT GET MY RANCH! You had ONE JOB and you still couldn't do it . False advertising and incompetence at its BEST!

I've been to this KFC many times as I grew up in the area. Lately, this location hasn't been the best. The time previous to this one I felt the food was extremely salty, so much to the point where I didn't eat it. This time in particular the sides were ok but the chicken tasted old. The breading was stale and the chicken just didn't taste fresh. I considered this to be odd since I came in the middle of the day. The dining tables aren't the cleanest but there's many tables to choose from. Id like to point out that I haven't had any bad experiences with the workers.

Been here twice now and I'll give it to them, both times fresh batches of chicken. I got chicken only and they offer thighs only or mix of what cuts you want for additional fee. So for the best time to come here is around 630pm-800pm the chicken looks perfectly cooked. The guys inside are also happy. As of today, I recommend this KFC. Keep up the fresh fried batches!

Went last night for an early dinner. Bought the two of the 3 chicken strips with Fries deal. Worst chicken I've had at KFC. Chicken was not golden brown ...instead it was burnt and hard. Had lots of flavor because it's kfc but it was still hard and you can't hide the fact that it was fried WAY TOO LONG. We weren't offered sauces and we completely forgot to ask. We ended up just using ketchup we had at home. I keep my expectations low when it comes to fast food but this was the worst so I had to leave a review. I won't be coming back to this specific location anymore. I'm guessing it's a management issue based on the reviews I was reading before posting this. I'm also guessing it's a franchise owner.
