Kareem's

We came here when we were staying in Anaheim for the Disneyland marathon. We eat at Downtown Disney enough so I wanted something new. We found this on Yelp! and were so glad we did. We ordered a combo grill plate, and it was enough to split between the two of us. It included steak, chicken and kofta plus two sides and pita bread. The meats were tasty but chicken was super flavorful. For our sides, we got hummus and grape leaves, both of which were good. After seeing the signs on the wall for falafel, I decided to order some falafel to go. They were really excellent...crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I liked it so much, I visited the following week to get a falafel wrap. Service was excellent and really friendly. I definitely will go back.

Ordered the chicken plate to go with tabbouleh and salad. Came with one pita and some garlic sauce.I thought the salads were bomb but the chicken was kind of dry. I had dined in previously and remember the chicken being really good so I'm not sure what happened this time. Solid portion and good flavor.Would come back to try again.

Really surprised because this place has one several honorable mentions, and is way too average. The food is decent and forgettable.I was very surprised how a Shawarma place does not have beef Shawarma. The service was good I got the chicken sandwich wrap It was decent I have had better

KAREEM'S is located in a shopping center with a free parking lot with plenty of available spots. There was no line to enter and no line to order. We took a couple of minutes to go over the menu before ordering.After ordering and paying, it was easy to find an available table to eat in. There are several indoor chairs and tables. A guy came, ordered and sat down next to us. While we all waited for our food to be prepared, he kept going on about how he loves the food here.Got the KUFTA PLATE with grape leaves, cucumber yogurt, rice, tabouli salad, pita bread and roasted whole tomatoes.You might be wondering how we ended up with that many sides -- we ordered the same "plate" but different sides.Family-run.

We went for breakfast. My white boyfriend wanted to try foul for the first time. It was delicious, the flavor was great. We also got the falafel, which was green inside and my way of knowing the falafel is authentic and legitimately good!! We tried the spicy potatoes as well and they were also super flavorful and did not disappoint. Lastly we got the hummus with steak on top. It was a really good combo, especially with the added crunch of the slivered almonds. By itself the hummus, was just average though, which is the only reason I'm knocking off 1 star. Granted, I'm also pretty picky. Overall, great food, presentation and experience!!

Small mom/pop type place. Food is authentic and people were super sweet. Went for a nice lunch break with my daughter, we sat in the outdoor patio and enjoyed everything we ordered. - Babaganoush: not as smoky as I prefer but was good overall, not over puréed- toubekkah is good no complaints - garlic sauce: watery, slightly salty and not garlicky enough- chicken: good flavor not dry- Kufta: not dry nice herby flavor- steak: good flavor but overcooked - karreak drink: very hot but good flavor

Clean and Cozy vibesPrompt service, and there's plenty of seating inside and on the patio. Food is consistent with good flavors and tender meat. Hummus is smooth and creamy; they have a few flavored ones, such as original, cilantro, and spicy.Turkish coffee is strong; I plan to try one of the milk teas next time.

Food was AMAZING. There were lots of people in line but the food came quickly. Always fresh. Service is always welcoming. Their customer service couldn't be better. Patio is a nice place to eat.

Kareem's is a hidden gem in a Anaheim! I came here for a quick lunch. You order at the counter and seat yourself. There is a gorgeous outdoor patio. i had the chicken bowl and loved it. chicken was moist and flavored very well. there was a really nice balance of flavors with the rice, salad, pickled veggies, and hummus. i also got the iced black tea with mint to go with!i highly recommend kareem's, i'll definitely be coming back.

We recently did some work at Kareem's. The place is well kept and organized. The staff is polite and professional. They have a very comfortable outdoor seating area and the food. Looking forward to bringing the wife over on the weekend!
