Awesome service and food was amazing gloria the one who took our order beautiful smile and great customer service deserve a raise

Asked for a Pastrami Sandwich, they gave me colossal burger. I went to go tell them, and they got bothered about it. To retaliate they took 25 additional minutes to make my order. By the time I received my food my wifes food was already cold.Very unprofessional. First and last time here.

Love their machaca breakfast burrito, it's one of THE BEST! (So far this place & 1 more place in Downey, are going at it got best) Cheeseburgers are also over all good, and prices are fair; surprisingly with this inflation on top of inflation lol Service is real good, which to be honest? I can only go based on Gloria's service; she is who also answered phone when I called due to some issues with uber eats app. Gloria was real nice, extremely helpful, and extremely patient dealing with our uber eats order when uber eats was giving glitching problems; which driver we got paired with only made it harder but Gloria still made sure we got or order correct.‍ THANK YOU, GLORIA!

Today (12/8/2023), I just got a hamburger combo and the fries were soggy and mean like really soggy. Some of them look like they were saturated with oil. Also the majority of them tasted on the raw side. I threw 99% of them away. There were very few of them they were decent. The hamburger was decent, it wasn't good. The same thing goes for their Dr Pepper. Normally, at other little hamburger stands the Dr Pepper is kind of syrupy.I would never come here again. Also when they called my order all they said was "hamburguesa". They said it the second time and I turned and that's when the other lady looked at me and said "hamburguesa". I was expecting them to say hamburger combo in English or Spanish. Because anyone can order a hamburger. I got my order and left. Before I started my car I ate some fries. They were soggy and I didn't think much of it. I got home ripped the bag open and saw they were all soggy and wiggly. I have enclosed some photos. Also I didn't even get a receipt. Once again, I wouldn't come here.

I stop here frequently. The service is good the food too.The menu has no price for the pollo asado ?It was a bargain at $6.00 for a half chicken, then price was raised to $8.00 which it was still lower then some. Yesterday's surprise at the drive up window was $ 15.99 I didn't notice the menu price.The addition of a beverage now. The cost of everything is going up I understand, but $7.00 increase ? I'm not sure I can come back. It tastes good though and Pollo Loco is $14.49 for there combo.

This place is very unorganized , no else was in front of me at the ordering line , waited 10 minutes until somebody said may I help you? I ordered a hamburger and two Carne Asada tacos. I waited about 20 minutes to get my order, my order had been sitting on the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes before finally someone said, your order is ready. By the time I got home the food was cold. My mom told me her hamburger was decent, but my tacos were the worst I had in my life. The meat was very tough, worst than beef jerky. Not edible. Place was clean, but I will never go there again, I will stick going to Tom's in South Gate on State Street.

Food was very good. So much so I keep forgetting to stop eating long enough to take a pic. Been here a few times now, everything was well served as far as quantity, no skimping. Ambiance is chill and the service is great.What I've had thus far: the onion rings, fries, burgers, zucchini, the chilaquiles plate and lastly the chicken fried steak plate. Drooooool. Everything I've had so far was hella yummy.Only thing that would've made it a full 5 stars was if the drinks weren't so icky. I don't know what it is (my bf says it's the water they use to dilute the soda) but after two times of it being icky we opted to just bring our own drinks.

Worst Juevos Rancheros ever!You NEVER put hash browns instead of rice and you never use yellow cheddar on the beans. Come on man...

Food: pancakes were RUBBERY!! Like they were sitting. My eggs where not even cooked I cut into some tried to be nice and eat some but fuck then the pancakes where mushy in the middle so I said fuck that..... Service : they seen me and my family where disturbed and didn't really try and help just hide behind the wall n peek but not say much sucks cause I would come here a lot before ,then recently came back I noticed the drive thru food was cold or sitting as well I didn't wanna believe it so I came in and ate but it was worst!!! None recommended 3 to many times Ambiance: uncomfortable, restaurant is bad, unfriendly staff?

I love the service and she's very nice and lovely she gave me a whole large Pepsi for free and I wish I could've ask her for her insta but I hastened to ask for it but hopefully I come back next time also food was fire and fresh.
