Excellent sub sandwiches that work well because of the nice soft bread that's just the right size for a grinder. Very good thin sliced meats are used and I like how their lettuce is shredded just right. I also like how they great you as soon as you walk in. It's clean with a few spots to sit if you're eating in. I usually order to go and this allows my sandwich flavors to blend really well inside the nicely wrapped sandwich paper. Yum. Great service.

As soon as we walked into the door we were greeted and told what the favorite sandwiches were. I thought that was helpful and kind. Very clean inside. I ordered the Club Lulu. I enjoyed my sandwich. The bread was soft. The ingredients were fresh. No complaints. We were even greeted when we left.

I'm really disappointed I got to work and wasn't able to eat right away. On my break I opened my sandwich and it was such a bummer...such a disappointment.It has barely any meat and it didn't come with pickles or anything else I asked for. Two stars because the people working were at least nice but they really did me dirty with such a lousy sandwich.

They have friendly customer service. I got the Vito with mayo and no onion. Little John is the perfect size when you don't want to eat that much. It was a good sandwich. I'll probably come back.

This was my second time coming to Jimmy John's and I had the pleasure of having Zoe and Matthew assisted me. They were kind and got my sense of humor. And helped pick the best sandwich I've had in a long time. . You can tell they put care into the food... as an Italian food is love and I felt the love. Thank you Zoe and Matthew you're the best.

Came in for a quick bite. Literally. I love jimmy johns. All their locations usually hit. This one did. I ordered my sandwich, it was done fast and accurate with great service. Worst location I've ever been to. Ordered two subs, both were made totally incorrectly to where no meat was even on one of them. The other one was a caprese and it didn't come with tomatoes. Location was not busy at all, needs new workers. Hope they don't raise the wage here to make sandwiches like that. Will not come back to this location. Took both back for a refund immediately.

Just ordered this Caprese Salami wrap ToGo maybe no more than 30 minutes ago and for the $11.25 I paid for it, it's extremely underwhelming. It would have been somewhat fine if it came with the basil pesto like it was supposed to have in it, or if there was more than just a tiny bit of balsamic glaze. Instead, the wrap is doused with oil. There was hardly a sprinkle of oregano-basil on it, though it was there. There also was hardly any meat in it leaving me feel as though I was biting into a bunch of tomatoes and tortilla. I'm lucky if I can even say there were two thin slices of salami. Normally, I love coming to this place every once in a while for a good sub or wrap but this I'm not happy with. Obviously, it's not worth driving back to the store to get it exchanged since I'm already home but the product should be checked more thoroughly before being given out to paying customers. Likely won't be coming back for a while.
